Well, built solid material, very comfortable, easily.Assembly the frame vibration combination works very well in the price range. Heat is not too hot, not uncomfortable, just right.

SAME DAY REVIEW UPDATE: PM: The other box of the chair arrived shortly after I posted my review. The 2nd chairs power cord was squeezed so it was no longer a circle. I used pliers to squeeze back to shape & the chair works fine. Day 1, I definitely give this chair 6 stars out of 5... Great quality & service!!!! AM: I ordered 2 of the chairs. 1.5 chairs were delivered successfully & early. Unfortunately, I was missing 1 box so only half a chair was received. I reached out to the seller & they advised of the timeline so I'm hoping I receive the rest soon. Fingers crossed I'm working with a seller that values quality customer service. I will update this review. As for the chair I received... It was easy to assemble, the directions are mostly pics but it's very easy to figure out. The chair is stiffer than I was hoping for but comfortable. It's a nice size. I'm 158 @ 5'6" & I have room on either side while sitting. Swivels fully & easily. It fully reclines & is easy to operate. I love the 4 storage pockets & the 2 cup holders. The massage was a bonus & even tho I don't care for vibration massage, the low rumble vibration is relaxing. For the price, this is a good chair. I'm just hoping I get the rest of my order. Stay tuned.

Re-edit to 1 star because now the entire right side of massagers is no longer working, the seller keeper giving me the run around via scripted responses to delay the return, and have now ghosted me for over a week. So it's a chair, with half the massagers and a mediocre heat function in one area on the back. As long as you're ok with that and don't expect the seller to do anything about their product... Go for it. Otherwise go find a better seller. I know I'm gonna have to, very soon. Edit - 1 Star less, cause like 2-3 of the vibrating motors are going out on the right side. Not terrible, I guess, cause it's on the legs, but... Will update if seller responds. Package arrived early, solid looking chair though the back feels a bit flimsy. I really appreciate that the whole thing was only like 4 pieces, the two connectors for the power and remote but... Man. If it was any more difficult, I wonder if I'd be sitting in it right now. Too put the sides on, there's 4 rails that have to join up and they were off by almost 1/4 inch so I was struggling with them for a solid 20 minutes thinking I'm an idiot, only to realize. I entirely forced them in and after some wiggling and a lot of cursing, I managed to get both sides on without throwing out my back. A win. The rest was a cakewalk. Vibration is fine, the heat is hot, and it rocks and swivels. Pretty much everything I wanted. I'd say it's with the price, for sure, but you might wanna come armed with a pry bar to move those rails. 😂 Now if you don't mind, I'ma go try out those heat and massage functions on my back. I had checked out recliners from local stores and found the pricing to be quite high. I am very pleased with this chair for the price. The other chairs were definitely a little higher end but I did not see that they were worth that much more so I took a chance with this one. Delivery was earlier than expected. Both boxes arrived at the same time and in good condition. Assembly was fairly easy but there was an issue with the brackets that the sides slide into. One side was perfect but the other side was off and impossible to fit. Fortunately I know my way around construction so it was an easy fix for me. The one bracket was off by a half an inch at the top on the main body of the chair. I unscrewed the top bolt, measured and put in a different style of screw and it fit perfectly. The rest went together easily. The faux leather is quite nice and the chair is very comfortable. The remote for the massage and heat works well but the length of the cord could be another 6 to 10 inches longer. The chair looks better than the pictures show. For the price, you can't go wrong.

It arrives in two separate boxes but it was very easy to assemble. I had it ready to go in just a few minutes. Very comfortable.

This chair could have gotten five stars. It is a great chair with some minor design flaws. It’s the perfect size for our needs and we’re excited for winter, to try out the heat feature. Putting it together started easy, but as we progressed, got harder and harder. First, the channel’s for the rails to follow to attach the arms, didn’t match. We had to take in the fittings to the hardware store for them to reshape. Then, we had to buy tools strong enough to help reshape to fit, once we got home because the whole gizmo wouldn’t slide all the way down. Next one of the slots for the back was assembled upside down. We had to take it apart, which was difficult because it was so tightly screwed in, we were stripping the screws. Again we had to buy new tools to get the screws to come out. Once assembled the handle to bring up the footrest broke. It was put together with a Z shaped attachment that could slip out of the hole, and proceeded to do so every time we used it. Why it wasn’t permanently attached, is beyond me. Contacting the seller, they started out cooperating, wanting to know exactly the default and wanting pictures. They offered a partial refund, which we excepted, but as of yet, have not received. Over a month later, they have several times requested for videos of the faulty mechanism which, I informed them, several times, we are not in the place of residence until the holidays. But I did send specific photos. I told them it was hard to get into the small space and a video isn’t gonna help any better. I am still waiting for a response as of this writing. Ordered Sept. 20th and now Nov. 2nd.

Chair was easy to set up, its super comfortable and the perfect size. Plus, you cant beat the price. Currently writing this review, reclined in the chair, with the massage mode on, drinkin a cold beer. Zero complaints from this guy.

Exactly as described. Will arrive in 2 boxes. I recommend that Amazon make that clear when reporting the tracking info, but besides that the product is good. My hubby is happy. It was his father's day main gift.

This is a awesome chair. Well worth the money

Unstable. I fell and my boy had to help me up. Have to sit down so softly otherwise it tips backwards and i mean hold onto something to balance it as you sit carefully. Recliner function doesn't work well. You can't use the recliner without the back going all the way back down there is zero resistance so you either have to have sitting mode w no footrest or recline the footrest for full laying down flat mode. Extremely difficult to put the footrest back down.

If I cannot correct the problems with the metal mechanism, I will have to buy a new chair. The details follow. Initially, I was happy with the functions of this recliner. After 11 months of use, my satisfaction diminished. First, with the vibrating massagers, especially on the extended footrest. I had to shift the position of my legs to prevent feeling the pressure when in contact with the massager point. The second major problem was with the iron frame structure under the seat. The metal bars failed at the screw points (see attached) The chair developed a sideways motion, throwing me off balance when attempting to reach an object, like a cup, to the side of the chair. The top portion of the chair was tilting while the base support remained in contact with the floor, causing me to feel like I was about to fall. Over time, the tilt movement got more pronounced, worsening the sensation of falling sideways. When wanting to stand-up of the chair, the front part got so low to the point of coming in contact with the floor. I looked for loose screws on the metal structure to explain the instability, but found none. Shortly after, it became difficult to lock the extended footrest in place. It sounded like the mechanism was misaligned. It required additional strength to return the footrest to its down position. I contacted the manufacturer, hoping for a solution to the problem. I was hoping to buy the replacement system. I was informed that they cannot provide the parts. The communication was cordial, but the compensation resulted in receiving an extremely small refund of less than 10% of the selling price.

It's low, trying to get up from it can and will effect your arms, back and knees. It's mainly because of the rocker. As you move forward the chair dips downward till you're practically squatting. The cup holders take away the extra arm rest needed to get a good hold. Another con is closing the foot rest. Not easy to do. I have my husband or son push down on it for me if they're around. Don't get me wrong it looks good, it doesn't make me sweat (bonus), the rocking is excellent, reclining easy with the side handle, vibration is great albeit somewhat noisy. Heat I won't use but it works. I love how it feels when I first sit in it, put my feet up, it's heaven. I would just rather not get out of it, not worth the effort.
