This machine is awesome! So much better than the Mountrax one that I tried first which was painful. The Cloud feels so much better on my feet and I love the extra sway mode feature so you get your whole foot. This thing feels so wonderful!!!

*** UPDATE: Ordered another one and it works great! I actually used the box from the repurchase to return the defective one since the original box was damaged in shipping. *** I purchased this item as a gift for my husband and it was a qualifying Prime shipment so arrived quickly; but it arrived packaged with the original box inside of another larger box and the original interior box was damaged. I was hopeful the machine was ok because after my husband took it out of the packaging, it did not appear to have any physical damage or broken pieces to the exterior of machine. Unfortunately, once he tried operating it for the first time today, the Shiatsu rollers do not work. The machine starts roaring loudly when it switches the roll function (Shiatsu massage) and the rollers do not function whatsoever, just the obnoxiously loud roaring noise. I’m not sure if this is a factory defect or if it could be a result of the damage that was on the outside of the box… appeared to have been dropped or possibly hit by something. I am sure it is just a one off and not an indication of the products overall quality, but can’t rate the product with a high star/satisfactory rating when we did not receive a good quality product. Hopefully, once I return it to UPS, the will refund immediately and I can get him another one.

This is a great product overall, and I really enjoy using it. The foot and calf massager has a variety of settings, most of which feel wonderful and relaxing. The only one I don’t enjoy is the shiatsu setting — it’s a little too rough on my feet and can even leave them bruised. I’m not sure if that’s because my feet are completely flat or just the intensity of the setting. Another small drawback is that the shiatsu feature is difficult to turn off. Even though the option appears on the device itself, it only actually works through the remote, which is frustrating. That said, I still recommend this product because the other settings feel great and the massager as a whole is worth it. You won’t regret getting one if you’re looking for foot and calf relief. TL;DR: Great massager with plenty of enjoyable settings. Shiatsu mode is too rough and only disabled via remote, but still highly recommend.

I initially bought this solely based on the review of the lady that is in a wheelchair all day and this helps with her circulation. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I often look ways to help relieve the pain. This product was definitely not it. You basically have to be paralyzed from the waist down to see the positives of this. First off, the pressure is far too much. If you can feel your legs and feet before using this, you'll definitely feel them more after this but in a sore, I need four ibuprofen every day for three days after using this machine kind of way. I tried the level one pressure and I felt like my skin was going to burst. I'm 5'8 and 130 lbs. I'm not a big girl and don't have big calves. My husband who is 5'8 and pushing 200 lbs tried it and he felt the same. He is athletically built with massive calves though and no health issues. He said the pressure on level one was too much and the rollers even on level one on the feet were not relaxing but actually hurt. The only way I can use this is on my calves with zero pressure, heat and with the rollers on level one or two because they can barely touch my calves if I don't put my legs all the way in but have them a bit more to the surface. This was definitely not worth the price if you ARE NOT paralyzed and can feel your legs and feet normally. Now, for those that are paralyzed from the waist down and have circulation problems this would be amazing I'm sure.

exactly what I wanted. I have found most massagers, even at the lowest setting, to be too hard on my bare feet. I use this on the lowest setting and it is perfect, but it would easily be able to pack a lot more power at the three higher settings. The moveable handle makes it easy to use with lounging on a sofa instead of sitting straight up. Can also use on calves. More versatile than the other massagers I tried!

I have to say, initially after I hit submit on this order, I had a bit of buyers remorse and thought there might be a good chance I’d return the product.. This is not a cheap product. It might cost a little more than others, but that said, it’s just that. …not cheap. This is a HIGH QUALITY product that really does its job. I recently started experiencing foot pain. I haven’t been diagnosed yet, but am starting to have symptoms of the nerve pain from neuropathy that is common in my family. Im a small person with small feet and was a bit reluctant about getting the results needed because so many of these types of foot massagers don’t have the ability to wrap around small feet like they do larger, more swollen feet. I’m thrilled to say that I was pleasantly surprised. This foot massager is worth every penny. I’m incredibly satisfied and have no regrets spending the extra money.

This is not for the weak. Make sure to adjust the settings accordingly. This WILL hurt your sore feet if you don't have the right settings for you. I have plantar fasciitis so a long day on my feet has my heels pretty sore. The air pressure is amazing, heel vibration feels amazing, the massager is tough on your feet, could almost use some kind of a pad to ease some of the massager pressure. That said, like I stated in the subject line, it hurts so good. I usually run it 2-3 times moving my feet to different spots on the machine. My feet feel so much relief. You can also use it to massage your calves which works amazing. The heel vibration piece will still be on your heels but you will turn the machine around (looking at settings upside down, use handle to adjust desired angle of the machine) so that the massager will meet your Achilles tendon. All that said, 10/10 recommend

I really wanted to love this, but there are issues. What’s good: The heat, the right squeezing pads. 1. The rollers are too intense and you cannot adjust the intensity. 2. The vibration is always on and you cannot turn it off, which makes it louder than it needs to be. So much for the “customized” massage. 3. It is quite heavy. I don’t want to put my back out trying to get relief for my feet. Maybe if you’re just going to leave it in one place this won’t be an issue. 4. This could be user error - but It keeps cycling through and doing different things. I can’t get it to just do one move for 5 minutes.
