I finally found the prefect solution to my hurting legs and feet! I love it!!
I am amazed at how great this CloudMassage works and feels on my legs and feet. I’ve been experiencing pain, swelling and discomfort in my legs for years. This is partly because I’ve sat in a wheelchair all day long for the past 30 years. I cannot stand or move my legs. My lack of mobility causes a lot of pain and swelling in my legs and feet. I am also diabetic and have signs of diabetic neuropathy, which causes pain and sleepless nights. I needed to increase my blood flow circulation and help in reducing the swelling in my legs and feet. I have gone to numerous doctors, homeopathic, holistic, physical therapist and other health professionals, in search of relief. I was told to move more, elevate my legs, get exercise and other things that I could not do because of my other health issues, pain level, limited time and funds. All of this has cost me a lot of time and money, yet I found no real solution, until now. I found my solution by doing my own research. As I researched, ways to alleviate the problems that I was having with my tired, painful, swollen legs and feet, I came across the concept of Shiatsu massage. As I learned more about Shiatsu massage, I found out that this is an ancient form of massage that is even older then acupuncture and actually works on the pathways that run throughout the body. Shiatsu sounded like something that could help me. But as I called around, I found out that going to someone for weekly Shiatsu massage was a costly endeavor, costing on average $89.00 per visit. Who has that kind of money to spend every week? I know that I don’t! Finally, when I came across the CloudMassage on Amazon I thought, this might be my solution. It could totally eliminate the need for a professional and could give me a much-needed deep massage in the comfort and convenience of my own home. Shiatsu actually means finger pressure. Now, I have my solution, it’s the CloudMassage. The CloudMassage’s therapeutic deep kneading, compression pressure and heating features felt as if I was being massaged. It felt like fingers were gently massaging my legs and feet. I love the fact that the CloudMassage makes the settings so easy to use. I was able to adjust the massage level and intensity to fit my needs. The CloudMassage machine is also very easy to position and adjust in several ways, by just moving the adjustable bar. My favorite feature has to be the heat settings, which will come in handy during the cold winters. I also love the fact that I can share the CloudMassage with other family members. My mom and I live together, so I asked her to try the massager. Her legs are painful and ache due to varicose veins and years of standing at her job. I swear that when she tried it and fail asleep that was a miracle because she’s high energy and never sits down even in her senior years. Mom says that it felt as if someone was massaging her legs and feet, which relaxed her body. I know that this is a very long review, but I feel that this CloudMassage is such an exceptional product that I just had to write my thoughts. I think that if you have pain in your legs or feet, swelling, poor circulation, diabetic neuropathy, or have tired legs or feet, due to standing, sitting or walking too long this CloudMassage may be the solution that you’ve been searching for.

Stable design and effective performance
A nice home facility for those of us, needing frequent deep tissue feet massage. This equipment so far seems to have a robust design for a stable and an all effective performance. The massage variety options ( with a remote) are bound to lead the user to a happy relaxed ( feet) path. Gladly I recommend for those aspiring frequent feet massage in the comfort of a home.

Worth the money
I have a lot to say about the product, but first I want to say something about the customer service. Within 24 hours of receiving the massager, the moveable stand/legs had come out of place and no longer worked properly. I emailed Cloud Massage directly in the early evening on May 24 -- the start of Memorial Weekend when most people would have checked out -- yet customer service got back to me within an hour. After promising to make sure I would be taken care of, the rep helped me try to fix it, and when that didn't work, they sent me a replacement unit first thing on Tuesday. We've since used it for several days and it's worked perfectly. I don't know what other people's experiences are with Cloud Massage, but they more than exceeded expectations in handling my issue, and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. As for the unit itself, I spent weeks looking at every option available, reading all the "top massager" lists online and suffering through every customer review like this one for each and every product. It was a brutal task, but we ultimately thought this was the best unit and worth the higher average cost. After using the massager, I strongly believe it was the right choice, and though I didn't personally experience the other options, I am fully confident that the Cloud Massager is superior. Now here is what to expect. Air pressure comes from the sides, and rolling mechanism (feels like strong fingers) massages the bottom of your feet. And yes, it is very strong, even in the lowest setting, which I know might be a concern for some. Now big picture, you cannot make a weak massager stronger (and most, in my experience, have been on the weaker side, at least in years past), but you can make a strong massager feel gentler. For starters, you should always wear socks because you don't want the massager to smell like your nasty feet, but it also reduces the direct pressure. That should make it gentle enough for most people, but those with particularly sensitive feet can also wrap a hand towel around their feet to reduce the pressure more. Likewise, you should keep in mind that your feet need to adapt, so start on the lowest setting with socks (and maybe a towel) for a shorter period of time, and then work your way up. Having had it a week, I started on the lowest level and thought I would stay there, but I'm already going a pressure level or two higher for some cycles. Really, it's the device's ability to apply strong pressure that really takes it over the top for me, and the pressure should not scare people away because it's easy to moderate. Another high point, btw, is the rolling mechanism on the bottom of my feet. It simply feels great. Last thing for my Amazon mini-novel here. I am a tall guy with a large frame and size 12.5 to 13 shoes, so I worried that my calves would not fit in the massager. I could not find any information on this from the reviews. Maybe it could be an issue if you're the size of Boogie Cousins (that's a basketball reference for the football heads out there), but my calves fit well in the device, and I enjoyed the massage. The air pressure especially seemed to break down some of the tightness in my calf muscles. Alright, I hope all this help you in making the right purchase. Again, I did not try the alternative devices (though I read up extensively on them), but my research led me to believe Cloud Massage was the best choice, and so far my experience with it reconfirms that opinion, at least for units in the under $400 range.

Great Massager, Rough Shiatsu Mode
This is a great product overall, and I really enjoy using it. The foot and calf massager has a variety of settings, most of which feel wonderful and relaxing. The only one I don’t enjoy is the shiatsu setting — it’s a little too rough on my feet and can even leave them bruised. I’m not sure if that’s because my feet are completely flat or just the intensity of the setting. Another small drawback is that the shiatsu feature is difficult to turn off. Even though the option appears on the device itself, it only actually works through the remote, which is frustrating. That said, I still recommend this product because the other settings feel great and the massager as a whole is worth it. You won’t regret getting one if you’re looking for foot and calf relief. TL;DR: Great massager with plenty of enjoyable settings. Shiatsu mode is too rough and only disabled via remote, but still highly recommend.

UPDATE: Defective upon arrival
*** UPDATE: Ordered another one and it works great! I actually used the box from the repurchase to return the defective one since the original box was damaged in shipping. *** I purchased this item as a gift for my husband and it was a qualifying Prime shipment so arrived quickly; but it arrived packaged with the original box inside of another larger box and the original interior box was damaged. I was hopeful the machine was ok because after my husband took it out of the packaging, it did not appear to have any physical damage or broken pieces to the exterior of machine. Unfortunately, once he tried operating it for the first time today, the Shiatsu rollers do not work. The machine starts roaring loudly when it switches the roll function (Shiatsu massage) and the rollers do not function whatsoever, just the obnoxiously loud roaring noise. I’m not sure if this is a factory defect or if it could be a result of the damage that was on the outside of the box… appeared to have been dropped or possibly hit by something. I am sure it is just a one off and not an indication of the products overall quality, but can’t rate the product with a high star/satisfactory rating when we did not receive a good quality product. Hopefully, once I return it to UPS, the will refund immediately and I can get him another one.

Hurts so good!
Ok, I'll admit that my expectations were not very high for a foot massager, but when I read the reviews, and the chief complaint was that it was painful, I knew I had to try it. Straight to the bottom line: This machine is excellent! A massage therapist (and by that I mean an actual person) with exceptionally strong hands is the only superior alternative I can think of. But hiring a professional to come to my TV room every night for an hour would be not be as convenient, and considerably more expensive. In two weeks it's significantly reduced my PF (if you don't know what that means, then consider yourself blessed!). I like it so much, I'm buying another one for a friend. Pros: It's powerful! it kneads your feet like they were dough; stretches the arches; wraps the feet in a tight squeeze; Cons: Not a real person (but so much less expensive!) Other noted issues: * "it's loud". It's not. It sounds just like Darth Vader. You know exactly what I mean, and nobody ever complained that he breaths too loud. And lived. * "it doesn't heat up very much". True, but it gets hotter than I want, so I turn the heat off. * "it's painful". Yes! Well, only in a really good way for aching, tired feet. I use only the highest settings and it feels excellent. If there were a higher setting, I would use it, but it might actually break some bones. Conclusion: This machine is not for everybody. If you like soaking your tootsies in epsom salts, well, do that instead. But if your feet feel like suasages under a red hot broiler at the end of the day and you want to beat those dogs into submission, then this is your puppy! Hey there, Heather! Still loving your machine every day! I need more, though...is there a "hack" to get more pressure?

HEAVEN
I have suffered on and off with plantar faciitis since 2007. I have begged my husband for daily foot massages for years and I even tried laser treatments to ease the pain. I came across a similar massager on FB but the reviews stated the pressure was not firm enough. I started my search and came across this massager. There were several reviews that stated don't buy this if you don't want the pressure. I knew this was the one since I was always telling my husband more pressure please. It was more money than I ever intended to spend BUT SO WORTH IT!! This machine is sturdy and well made. There are plenty of options for heat, vibration, pressure etc. They supply you with sheet of quick instructions to set up and you can also visit their website to download more instructions and watch a video. When it first arrived I did mid level pressure and I WAS LIKE HOLY COW....finally pressure. After about a week of using it for probably two hours straight every day I moved up to the highest pressure and use this every day in that mode. It has been HEAVEN. My feet no longer hurt for the first time in years. I have worn heels twice and was able to get out of bed the next day without falling down in pain. I no longer bother my husband for foot massages and he is also very grateful. This is hands down one of the best purchases I have made for my feet and in fact one of the best purchases I have ever made period. I wish I had know about this massager years ago. My pain is in the arch and has worked wonders. You can move your foot around to have the rollers hit different spots. I do occasionally have calf pain. I am a middle age women who is now a little overweight with larger calves and I was able to fit them in the machine. Really it has been a God Send. If you require or like a lot of pressure this is the machine for you! If you don't like pressure this machine would probably not work for you. Overall I am very happy and thankful!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.... baloney UPDATE
This has got to be the best foot massager out there. The program options are plentiful with the ability to use with or with out the shiatsu, pressure bags, heat, or vibration. I have used this equipment once per day, often twice, since buying it in May 2019. Moving the foot around on the massage heads allows for that custom feel. My calves are pretty big and I have some edema going on. The Cloud accommodates them quite well. Everyone in my family loves this thing. So, I make sure it's available when they visit. The only drawback on this massager is that there is no remote available. All the various positions (calves, ankles, etc.) pictured in the literature are very doable. But, reaching the control buttons can be a challenge. Sure, if I was in better shape and a lean massage machine user, it'd be perfect. But, I am not. A remote or some kind of hand-held control device would be the cat's meow (whatever that means) Do I recommend it? You bet, 100% Despite any drawbacks, this is well worth it. Oh, by the way, I have a Bear Claw Rose Telescopic Back Scratcher that I use to activate the Cloud. There have not been any technical or mechanical problems with this product. UPDATE: From 5 to 1 stars One year later and the power supply fails. I have been trying for months to get a replacement to no avail. Promises? You bet. Results, no way. Great massager but useless garbage without solid customer support. UPDATE 9/4/2020: Still no replacement power supply! UPDATE: 9/7/2020: I need to be clear that the company promptly responded to my emails. They just didn't send a power supply as they intended. Yesterday I received an email stating they do not have any power supplies. So, they are sending me a new unit at no expense to me. This did surprise me.
