Ordered 12 pack travel vaccum bags with portable electric pump. Received only bag without pump!

Pump broke after one use
Pump worked once ... I packed a few bags and it worked really well. But the following day it won't work ... nothing ... I charged it up but even when it says it's fully charged I can't turn it on - it wont pump. So the whole purchase was a waste of money.

Makes packing easy
worked best for my month trip. Fit my daughters clothes better as well. The vacuum bit worked but prefer the regular vacuum. Look just like the photo as well. Very durable and held air retention.

Be mindful when using the vacuum pump, it’s a bit loud though. But it work well.
