How do i get these apart? They seal great, but then they are locked after they get cold.

Is this shaker NSF certified?

Not a clue sorry kitchen shaker I really like it. Ice and heavy and seals great you don’t have to kill it to split it when pouring

What strainer works well with this? The oxo is too small.

My julep strainer is a little bit small for these tins, but my Crate & Barrel Boston strainer and my old Boston strainer before that work fine. Well, they WOULD work fine, but I never use these tins. They don't separate easily. I'm talking about needing monster channel-locks or similar. I keep them around for miscellaneous tasks -- but I never use them to shake a drink.

There are two price points, $20 vs $26. They seem like the same product, even the weights. What is the difference?

The $20 set is just for the 2 piece shaker. The $26 set is the 2 piece shaker plus the Hawthorn strainer and a double sided jigger (4 pieces total). The 4 piece set is a better value since a good stainless steel strainer costs about $10 to $15 (and you need the strainer to make cocktails anyways).
