One of the most unpleasant experiences!!
Guys I have purchased faber products worth almost 1 lac for my new home. Geysers, Chimney and Hob. This particular product was delivered defective. As my home construction was going on, I could not install the geyser within 15 days of delivery. During installation, it was figured out that, the inlet pipe in the geyser was damaged and there was no way to connect the pipe. A ticket was raised after this on Dec 23 2023, it's been a month and Faber has not cared to replace or repair the device. And this is inspite of daily follow ups. This was just an unpleasant experience , I regret going with Faber products. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this brand and prefer AO Smith. A brand which cannot even respond to customers who purchased for such large amounts, does not deserve any positive feedback.
