Excellent product and service
I wanted to replace 3 desk drawer handles as the originals were disintegrating. I was able to order the exact number required and these were delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. With screw holes at 64mm, they lined up perfectly, although I had to cut the screws to the required length. My desk now looks great. Only a low-cost purchase, but I can't rate the product and service highly enough.

Unfortunately the description is wrong for this item. This is the second time I purchased these handles. Last year they were fine, this time they sent out the longest size screws which do not fit my cupboard doors - they are way too long. The description states that the normal size screws will be sent and if you want the longer screws, you need to contact them and let them know.Very disappointed, I emailed the seller after they arrived and informed them of their error. The reply I got was 'cut them'!!!I don't have the tools required to cut them and now can't match my door handles with the ones purchased last year. I've now had to find more screws that will fit, costing me more money.Either change the text in the description (bit of honesty wouldn't go amiss). Or send the correct screws as stated.Complete waste of time and money. Will not purchase these again.
