Have not had good luck with chin straps, tried this as a last resort. I find it very comfy and effective. Using for 1 month now, seems to be holding up. Takes some time to get adjusted, but I'm very happy.

I've tried a dozen of these for dry mouth on my Bipap machine. I've tried the super expensive ones and this one works the best. Very comfortable and doesn't make my head hurt. I use it on top of my full face mask. Very durable. And I've had it for a few weeks and it's still just like new.

Good Value. I really didn't want to get this style strap but after going through a few others searching for comfort and function, this was the only one that worked and has been reliable. Now 10 months in on using it and still going. It can be a bit uncomfortable and warm, but it gets the job done. It does have a few issues. First, as others have said, the small straps that go around the front and back of the head are too short. And they have no stretch, which they really need. Hint - set the straps and leave them. Also, the velcro is strong enough to damage the strap if removing them often.

The head strap gets the job done well enough if you have a pronounced chin. It is wide enough when worn that it pushes against your neck on the edge a bit though. It is a good alternative to higher priced items and has held up to a month of wear and tear so far.

Should be labeled "One size fits few." Honest. My head isn't large, and this strap had only 1/2 inch to spare. The material is extremely stiff and scratchy. The straps that goes behind your head is an entirely separate piece. It's much stiffer with almost zero elasticity, and is barely long enough to make it to attach to the main strap on both sides of my head. I've been using a BiPap 12 years now. I didn't know it was possible to mess up a simple elastic strap, but these people have done it.

Works well but very scratchy. The strats are goes across the back of your head is so sticky with velcro that when you remove it it tears the head strap apart. These head straps only last a couple months at the map because of that.

The style must have changed, as this is what I have ordered in the past. They are much wider than my previous ones and there are two separate straps instead of one attached strap that is in the back. I returned this product.

I don't know why so many negative comments about the length of the straps at the back of the head. I cut them off because they aren't needed to keep the wide strap on my head. I've used it in different positions on my head and it never slips off. I suppose it depends on the shape of the head. Also, the fabric feels soft to me, but I have a beard, so when I'm wearing it, it's not against my bare skin. It works fine for me and has one advantage over most of the chin straps I've tried. I sleep with a ceiling fan on all night and the strap is wide enough to cover my ears and keep them warm. Most straps have ear holes cut out so they don't cover the ears, and my ears get cold. No bueno.
