Works great!! Heavy duty
This is definitely not for house hold use… it heavy duty and weighs like 30+ pounds. I own a coffee stand and works perfect for me!

Cast iron is so much better
Bottom cooks much faster than top. Wish you could adjust the heat settings independently. Cast iron is so much better than nonstick!

Lasted Just Over 1 Year - Missed Warranty by 5 days
Received this in May of 2025 and used for 6 months. Worked great and a year and a few days after delivery the right side completely stopped working. Was told there was only a one year warranty from the date of delivery so how convenient it stopped working 1 year and a few days after delivery. Won’t purchase again and don’t recommend

Great customer service
We used this press for approximately 5 months before it quit working. I immediately contacted the seller (thru Amazon). They responded immediately and offered a new replacement unit. It's nice to see a company honor a warranty!
