A bad situation turned good.
OMG what a horrible experience. This item arrived with non function legs. By that I mean it would not stand up level on its own. Needless to say, I did not keep it and true to their excellent customer service, Amazon issued a credit.Addendum: 1/16/2019 - I was contacted by the manufacturer and offered a sincere apology for the experience I had with their product. I was offered a new board to review and should it meet my approval, I was asked to remove the negative review. The board arrived today in excellent condition and is fully functional, very sturdy and certainly meets or beats my expectations. I don’t know how to “remove” a negative review so I hope this will do.

Improvements were Made
1/29/19: I was contacted by the seller a few weeks ago who explained they were working with a new vendor to provide a less damaged board and asked if I would be interested in trying one at no cost to me. If I liked it they asked that I update my review. I wanted to give them an opportunity to prove themselves and, let's face it, I'm not going to turn down a free item. I have to say I'm very impressed by the new board. They even sent me the wide one I originally purchased. It's seems to be sturdy.The only thing that didn't change was the really bad instructions on the back of the label. The pictures for the iron support don't even match what comes with the board. It also says there is supposed to be a plug on the support but mine doesn't have one.9/16/18: I've been looking for an ironing board similar to this only wider. I was excited to find this and, when the price dropped $20, I quickly ordered it. Little did I know that I was going to end up with a standard sized board despite what the description stated. When it arrived, the gray plastic piece that covered\protected the joint of the leg meeting the foot was off. It didn't fit when I attempted to put out on. That's when I discovered the metal tubes off the feet were flattened. Then I read the "instructions". They made no sense at all and the one picture on the label didn't help.This purchase was a bad decision, especially considering the price. Thankfully I was able to return it.

After speaking personally to Embo they were able toGive me a full refund on an ironing board that had a defective weld. I am very pleased and woul certainly continue to do business with them in the future. Thanks to all for this resolution.

Great purchase
I am glad I purchased this ironing board. It is sturdy and the tray holds my Iron steam generating iron without sagging.

Easily breakable. Quality worst!
Quality not good. Broke in first month. Manufactured with poor plastic quality.No easy folding and unfolding. It will break.
