Loozys Digital Far-Infrared (FIR) Heat Sauna Blanket with 3 Zone Controller

I'm 6"2', 220 lbs. This item is not long enough (as per the described dimensions in the description), so my full body cannot lay entirely (and comfortably) in the blanket.It does get hot and did make me sweat. Changing the temperature on the buttons is a pain. There are three sections, so you have to click the "Up" button (to increase the temperature) for each of the three sections. It starts at about 40 celecius, so if you like it hot, you'll have to click each of the 3 buttons about 40 times to get them up to 80 celcius. Smaller individuals who can easily get their whole body and wrap up nicely in this thing probably don't need it to go that high as they will more easily retain the heat as they can wrap the blanket around them.The blanket is a bit heavier than you're average blanket which makes sense considering it has to conduct heat.Since it is a blanket, all the sweat does drip to the bottom. It retains a lot of sweat, so get ready to clean it up. Towels may be best but I like the idea of the heat hitting me directly and not having to pass through a towel.Either way, I'm planning to build a DIY Infrared Sauna for about half this price as I believe it will be a better approach to getting in sauna sessions compared to this blanket. If you're size alllows you to fit in this thing, you don't mind cleaning some sweat from the blanket (it doesn't seem to all come up immediately - you may have to let it sit out and dry a bit), then this might be right for you! P.S. - It does take up a bit of space when you're laying out, so make sure you have the room.

Plug this unit in and it caused a spark, however the unit heated up and I decided to leave it to see if it was working. That was a mistake, I started seeing white smoke and panicked. Unplugged everything and checked the blanket. It was burned badly so was the cord. This item is a fire hazard and I would not advise anyone to purchase this.

Update: I still use it regularly and it works well. Has not ever disappointed me.Love my sauna!! I turn it on about 5-8 minutes to warm up before I climb in. I like to use it before bedtime. It relaxes me and allows for a restful nights sleep. The detox effect is a huge bonus. Having used it for several months now, i notice certain aspects of my health improving from my skin being so soft and glowing to being able to “eliminate” bodily matters regularly. Easy to clean but it is bulky. I do recommend this product!! You will get more health benefits than you thought you would.

I've used this wrap several times now, and I really like it. It reminds me of the one I've experienced at a nearby spa. It was easy to set up on my massage table. It's not quite as heavy as the one at the spa, but pretty close. I did buy plastic sheets to use in it, as I couldn't find the body pull on ones they use in the spa. I then tried using the wrap without the sheets. My feet were more sensitive to the heat, so next time I'll use the plastic, or put socks on. I'm really glad I bought this, as I did a lot of research. I hope this review helps others make a decision.

Good heavy duty blanket great heat range. I am using this blanket to assist in my recovery from stem cell injections because my injuries are on 3 limbs and spine. Trying to deal with multiple individual pads i was going crazy this does everything at once way better. I couldn’t be happier with it.

It takes 15 minutes to heat up and start to feel the sweat at maximum heat temperature. The new plastic smell isn't that strong. When I got it the screws were loose and when I move it slightly it sounds like the motherboard is loose so because of that I am returning it.

Easy to set up and use. I have fibromyalgia and it helps relieve the pain I have at night.

When I was shopping for this item I said to myself that buying a more expensive one will ensure I will get something higher quality. I was so wrong! The company didn't want to spend to much while doing it... It's pity! It could have been a good product if somebody would have kept the customer in mind ! I am a short man (1.74 cm) and I do not fit in it. It's too short! My shoulders are outside! The wings on the shoulders and the one at the bottom are short, at the smallest move they fall out.. They simply saved the material! The cold air comes inside from top and from the bottom.I do not recommend this product! Not for this money!
