Great affordable and quality glove for new and experienced players.

This baseball glove fits my 9 and 10-year-old perfectly! The size is just right for their hands, and they’ve both been able to use it comfortably. It is high quality for the price. We really like the color – it looks just as good in person as it did in the pictures. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it does need quite a bit of breaking in. It’s pretty stiff out of the box, so be prepared to spend a little time softening it up before it’s ready to be used to catch in a game. Once broken in, though, it should be a durable, great glove for the season. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

I'm going on the third season with this glove, playing with my son. I coached for two years and this glove was with me on the mound for coach pitch. It's a decent glove but I think I would want something better if I was playing seriously in an adult league. The glove feels really durable and hasn't changed much since it was new, other than the lace across the palm is splitting into its seperate synthetic layers. The "leather" feels a little like plastic, but very tough. It's even been left out in the rain once or twice... The thing I like least about it is that the material is very slick and the ball can slip out if you aren't precise with your catch. I've tried treating and conditioning the pocket but I can't improve that. I think would be very frustrating and difficult for a beginner to have to deal with.

Great glove for basic playing, fit very well!

Full disclosure- I don’t know anything about baseball gloves. My son started playing tee ball this spring and I wanted a glove to use to play catch with him. I haven’t gotten much use out of the glove since he rarely actually throws it to me, but it feels good to wear. It’s comfortable, feels like it’s made well (but what do I know?), and doesn’t really feel like it needs to be broken in. I think it looks pretty slick too so that’s a plus. It feels like a good tee ball dad glove that’ll probably last well into coach and maybe kid pitch

Perfect for youth baseball. Good fit. Already broken in.

For the price it works. Definitely not anything special obviously but will catch the ball like any glove. The only problem I have with it is that the glove stays completely stiff. No matter what you do to the glove to help form it, it will go back to its original open stiff position. Might be ok for a get me by but will most definitely be buying a better quality one and just put this one on the shelf for a backup.

When my 12 year old son wanted to try out baseball, I didn't want to get an exorbitant mitt so got this as a cheap, entry level glove. It's so good that I actually bought myself one immediately after we received it! The ball sticks well into the glove - it did advertise that it didn't need breaking in but I'd been sceptical. I see it comes in many sizes - we both got 12.5 as he's got a very big 12 year old hand and I have a very big but slim lady's hand. The thumb part adjusts well with velcro to tighten and loosen so you've got a fair bit of leeway in the size for growing room- it won't fall off if too big if you tighten the thumb loop. It is fake leather so gets sweaty quickly but is doing the job well so far with good sticking power.
