I don’t know why you people are having issues. I used this thing right away after using YAMT and adjusting the storage settings. The product works and the price is fair.

First bought the black one from another retailer, consistently corrupted files. This one is perfect
Never have I had corrupted files since using this adapter. The only SD2Vita you should consider buying. Avoid all others!
