Good product, terrible customer service.
Don’t get me wrong, product works great. I ordered two. One was sent out of the package, Used and dirty. I contacted normcore and they sent one reply asking for pics. Which I supplied. And then proceeded to ignore my emails. The new puck screen works great! Just be weary of their quality control/ customer service.

51mm puck screen does not fit Normcore 51mm portafilter.
The quality of the product seems well made however the 51mm puck does not fit the 51mm normcore portafilter. Not sure if this is a defect as it was stated by normcore that this should fit. After contacting Normcore to get a replacement puck I thought everything would be settled. It's now been almost 2 weeks since purchase and 10 days since last I heard from Normcore after a couple follow up emails on my end. Disappointing as I do enjoy their other products.
