I bought this to support my yoga practice. Laying on it, it helps align my spine where I can't get with stretching alone. It is just as good as a nice chiro adjustment. It helps relieve my tightness and pain almost immediately. It also is helpful as a pillow when sitting in a chair.

3 star rating because it is quite heavy and too long. I would have preferred a Denise foam and 20 “ long, but I could not find one. I purchased if for my workouts, and it does the job. Good quality and should last a long time.

Love this bolster! Great size and very supportive. Only feedback is that it should have handles at each end of the bolster not just one end.

Firmness and size. Does not lose it shape. Very firm with very sturdy, removable, machine wash and dry cover.

This is ***very*** firm! Good for supporting knees and avoiding low back pain when laying down. Also quite heavy...its not just a pillow.

I like the bolster but it is quite firm when lying on ,hence I have it a 4. As a support under the legs it is great. When you do restorative yoga it requires you to lie on bolsters and for the torso it is quite firm. Love the color and quality of fabric . The cover can be washed when dirty which is a plus.

I like the quality of the bolster and liner. Once it softens up it should be perfect. I use it for yoga.

This bolster comes highly recommended for a good reason.I had to return it as it was too large for me, I am 5’2”.Otherwise it would have been perfect for my needs.

This bolster is very beautiful and really good quality, much better than I was expecting. The cover is really nice, stitching is nicely done. Bolster is super supportive, offers cushion and is still really supportive. Perfect size.
