Love this car. Bought six for grandchildren, both separate red one and yellow & blue ones that come with houses. Except for one, every car had at least one wheel that didn't want to turn. Whoever was on the assembly lines didn't trim off the excess plastic when the wheels came out of the mold. All you have to do is get a tool with a small point and stick it between the inside of wheel and the axle and wiggle it around until it's loosened enough for the wheel to spin freely. The plastic is soft, so when I used an Xacto knife on the first one I scarred up the hub & inside of wheel. A rounded point, like a large needle works better. It doesn't take much work -- just push the bit that should've been trimmed off away from the hub so it's not rubbing on the wheel.

This delightful mouse/car combo is sure to delight youngsters. The charming mouse (complete with cheese) is held in place by fitting a groove onto a raised area in the car seat, but the connection is not even close to tight enough to be frustrating. It also won't hold the mouse in the car if they are upside down, but for terrestrial driving purposes, it's a good system. The wheels turn easily, and this combo makes for relatively quiet play, with lots of room for imagination.I was surprised to see plastic holding the mouse into the cardboard packaging, but the plastic packaging is recyclable (#1, if I recall correctly), so there's no waste here if applicable recycling facilities are available.An appealing, eco-friendly toy!

My 3 year old grandson could hardly wait for me to get this green toy out of the box. He loved the little character that came with the car. Then his 1 year old sister wanted it. It is same durable quality you can expect with a green toy

Both of my kids love this. I love the company and that the product is safe! Also, it is wonderful that it kis made from recycled material. Win for everyone!

My son absolutely love the Green Toys characters. However this car is sub par. The wheels on the back stick. We have the fire truck, helicopter, boats, and a few pickups that are great. This one just isn't. I reconsidered buying the house set since it comes with what looks to be the same car.
