I bought this computer for future use, as my old one is not going to be able to update to Windows 11. The price seemed reasonable, and I like the 2TB hard drive that was offered. The computer actually arrived 2 days earlier than the promised date, so I was happy about that. The computer works great, and was easy to set up, and I cloned all my data from my old computer to this new one effortlessly. It is very light weight, and has a nice, compact size for a small tower.

I liked the configuration of an SSD for the operating system and a larger HDD for data. For Windows 11, I wouldn't recommend less that the 16 GB of RAM this system has. This system isn't a gaming platform but has performed well for me. It boots quickly from the SSD and has adequate storage. I use it primarily for email, browsing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. It drives up to two monitors with the proper cabling/adapters (not included). One is HDMI and the second is Display Port. A DVD-RW is included (who still uses those?!?!).I like that the system has Windows 11 Pro since that provides a few more features. Typical home users might not need some of these "enterprise" features but they might be good to have.I think this unit has a pretty good set of features and capabilities for the price.

A great computer with a great price. I've only has this for a couple of months but so far it has done everything I need it to do. It came well packaged, which I was skeptical about when I purchased it. Had no problems trying to figure out how to hook it up. It mainly did it on its own. Great features and pre-installed items that are very easy to figure out. I would recommend this to anyone!

I purchased this refurbished/reconditioned desktop PC about a month ago. Thus far, a very good bye. It is quiet. I have it on top of my desk because of the small form-factor, and, quite frankly, that I like. No more crawling under the desk to attach dongles or other plug-in gadgets. Seeing-how I'm the only one using it, I keep it in sleep mode most of the time, so the wake-up response is right on point. It handles all my computing task without a hiccup, and it came with very little bloatware to speak of, which is always a plus. The setup was quick and easy and all my peripherals [printers and the like] loaded with no problem. Unless your a serious gamer, [and need speed galore] refurbished/reconditioned is the way to go in my opinion. Best money spent on PC in years....

Fantastic PC. It arrived early, was very easy to setup. A lot like my old W10 but much much faster and better. The only glitch is I have a support question, but this machine being registered in the UAE makes it much more difficult. It would be nice of the seller to publish info like this. It probably wouldn't make a difference. I have good local tech support. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Very decieving advertisement. If you do a diagnostic on the computer with dell you will find that the warranty is no longer in effect. The computer is listed as being in United Arab Emirates. I am very surprised that Dell would be part of this. Computer shipped from Dell. Brand new to cutomer and no warranty, it has expired. Also surpised that Amazon would be part of this. Click on tag that says to check with the vendor for warranty.
