The media could not be loaded. I really like this fire pit because it is large enough to sit around and feel the heat, but it also has the aesthetics to be a focal point. I really like the glass around the fire pit and the the rocks, they really allow the flames to sparkle and dance at night. Setup can be done by one person, it does have some weight to it so I'd advice being in the general vicinity of where you would like it. It's very good quality and it is very sturdy. The included cover helps but does come off on high winds. With that said it has been exposed to the elements time and time again and there are no signs I'm of rust in over a year now. Definitely a good buy for the price.

I am so pleased with this fire pit. Very well made, assembled easily and is a beautiful addition on our cabin deck. Perfect size to fit 4-6 people around. Bought colored stones instead of the lava rock and so glad I did. A wonderful way to wind down a busy weekend sitting on the deck with a warm fire glowing! Highly recommend.

Great sellers. Had issues after a little while with lighting and they immediately sent the needed part to fix it. Easy assembly and puts off some good heat for a cold fall day. I’ve had it for awhile with no issues.

Shipping - product arrived before delivery due date. 5 stars. Product in perfect condition, no cracks or broken parts.Fire pit experience - Great! 5 stars. Flames distributed nicely, did not hear gas running, which is what some indoor fireplaces sound like. Very pretty. Put out some heat.Appearance and materials- 5 stars. Product looked as anticipated. "Wood" panels are actually ceramic to withstand the heat. Looks nice. Glass wind shield attractive and functional.Hardware and equipment provided - 5 stars. Screws, etc. came in blister sealed pack to keep from losing parts and keeping track to make sure you have all the parts. A little screwdriver, wrench and gloves came with the set.Assembly - 4 stars. Instructions were good. Parts aligned well, no new holes needed to be drilled etc. to assemble. The problem is, the stickers were not put on the product properly, so that the side door was on the opposite side of the table from the tank. Not only was this awkward, but the tank did not light properly in this position. So the table had to be disassembled and reassembled. Just make sure that the stickers are making sense and that the door goes near the tank. Other than that, assembly went smoothly. Glass shield has a separate page of assembly instructions, it's not in the booklet.Price - Currently competitive. This product is cheaper than identical appearing products from other vendors on Amazon.Cover - It's nice that a cover is provided, but it is not waterproof, more like a dust cover. Fits nicely over the fire pit. 3 stars. The problem with not having a fully waterproof cover is that you really don't want the rocks/glass in the pit to get wet - not safe. I am planning on buying a different cover from Amazon. What I have read so far about other covers is that people complain that the black covers fade, so I will buy a lighter colored cover like the one provided.Considerations: If you don't use the glass guard, the fire pit easily converts from a fire pit to a table with the metal cover provided. However, if you use the glass guard, you need to think where you want to store the glass guard if you convert it to a table. Of course, it will need to be in a safe place where it will be out of the way and less likely to crack or break. Hmm. I think I will just keep the glass guard on the pit most of the time so I won't have to worry about this. The metal cover fits over the glass wind guard nicely, so you can use it this way when not in use. Keep in mind that if you cover the fire pit this way, the glass guard kind of pokes up. You can see this in the photo. This doesn't seem to put stress on the cover provided, but if you buy a new one, don't buy a cover that is too snug as it would be more likely to puncture and rip. These considerations are the same for other similar fire pits. On Amazon, you will see customers making similar comments about the covers, etc. Be sure your fire pit is cool before putting on the cover so that the cover doesn't start to melt- other customers of other fire pits have commented on this tip.Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Great product

This fire pit is well made and very attractive. It ads a lot of charm to our patio, plus it gives off just enough warmth to take the chill out of the evening air. We love it!Note: Must be used in an open air area, not an enclosed room with walls due to CO2 emissions.

The fireplace looks beautiful. Unfortunately our came chipped. I contacted customer service and when they sent another one it was broken, too. Finally a third one came but unfortunately the knob won’t stay down to keep the fire on. We had to mess with it and eventually got it to somewhat work properly. Customer servixe sent us a replacement part but it didn’t fix the problem. At this point it was assembled and the box thrown away so we couldn’t do much. It looks lovely but unfortunately not assembled well. Customer service was very responsive though.

This product is a good product. Assembly was straightforward and I have been using it for about 1 year now with no issues. I do need to replace the flame guard which got shattered by accident. Customer service can you please give direction as to hot to go about this?Thanks
