Foustman's Salami Rosemary Lamb Artisanal, Nitrate-Free, Naturally Cured, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, No Pork, 8 Oz Sticks

My son has alpha gal, and can't have any mammal meat. Hormel and others make turkey pepperoni which I prefer, it's less greasy but he's been missing salami, especially with charcuterie boards. This salami is excellent, love it. I shared with out local aloha gal group but some members have an issue with "natural flavorings" which could be mammal. Maybe list what it is or say gal safe, no mammal products. The tick disease was just Southern states but it's been hitting New England and the plains...may be an angle for you to get more buyers.

I wish I could give this more stars! Turkey salami this good? Unbelievable. So good! If you need to cut back or cut out red meat like me, and you’re missing that dried, smoked, cured meat flavor and texture…this is it.

No. Just no. For one thing, it's wrapped in plastic. The grease is unbearable. The flavor is not good, and this is not salami. You want salami...get real Italian made in Italy for Italians.Threw the two salamis I ordered from Foustman’s into the garbage. $30. blown on garbage.

Excelente producto.

Only ordered this because we like the Faustmanns Lamb sausage so much. Their Lamb Sausage has no pork, fillers or nitrates and it’s so darn delicious my guys devour it!

This is very good. The texture of the turkey sausage isn’t dry. It cooks up perfectly on pizza. You can also just slice and throw into pasta or lettuce salad. The only downside is the shipping. It takes forever. It took approximately 1 month. But that could be from the processing of the sausage.
