It can be used for many different types of cooking. Pasta, shrimp, as well as deep fried items. Inexpensive, sturdy. Use your imagination, you’ll find it very useful. By its nature, it may take some effort to clean, depending on the dish you’re cooking. But that’s just par for the course. That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. But that’s just being honest. It shouldn’t be a barrier to purchase.

Great for picking out loose food while frying.

I have wanted one of these Kitchen Tools for a very long time. I finally purchased this one Skimmer Ladle on Amazon and I am very happy with it so far. I have used it already a number of times. I have no complaints. It does what it is suppose to do and is very sturdy. Looks and feel like it could last a very long time and time will tell.
