I have been taking this product for years. I bought it in Italy and was so happy it is available here. I can not understand the negative comments. If you follow directions and drink at least a full glass of water, you should have a great outcome the next morning.

I first found these in France while on vacation. They were recommended at a small pharmacy when I was suffering from constipation. These chewable (far too large to attempt swallowing) are tasty, natural, and work painlessly the next day. I keep them on hand for occasional issues and they have never let me down. Gentle and natural; what more could one ask for?

I was struggling with constipation in most of my life. I've been eating these fiber cubes daily for 2 years now. It didn't just get rid of the constipation but made my stage 1 piles completely symptom free. I can't live without this product.

The product is great, though expensive. This is the first time buying it from Amazon. The two boxes of product were shipped in a paper bag. Neither were sealed in any way. When the bag was crushed during shipping the boxes opened and the contents were loose in the paper bag. That is not the way I want edible products delivered to me.

Great for traveling! I frequently have digestive issues when I travel by plane. Eat one of these at night with a full glass of water at bedtime and next morning you will have a regular bowel movement. No cramping or discomfort and it’s all natural!!

I've been struggling with constipation for a while. I undergo regular colonoscopies, so I know my bowel health is good. I've tried Senokot, but I react badly to it. Ortis cubes were my second attempt at a natural remedy before heading off to the GP.I've taken one so far, and in light of other comments, I was bracing myself for a negative taste. I was pleasantly surprised. They taste similar to the fig biscuits you can buy - something that takes me back to my childhood. I guess it may be a Marmite thing.Concerning effectiveness, they worked gently, and I managed to pass the following day. Even better, I'm now regularly passing daily from just ONE CUBE taken around a week ago! I had a few cramps after taking the cube, but nothing I couldn't manage.I may look at taking a half cube weekly to keep myself regular. But you don't need much of this stuff - it's amazing.

Should never leave on vacation without these, especially if you’ve got a husband with issues.

this is much better than any chemical garbage. IT takes longer than chemicals but it is definitely 100% natural
