These are a great set of wireless earphones. I bought these as a replacement for my Apple AirPods after I lost 1 of them on the Tube. I thought I would give these a try instead as I have found TOZO products to be great historically, and once again they have impressed me. Compact size, simple and stylish design, quick and easy charging, impressive soundstage given the more outside the ear canal fitting. I usually find earphones that don't sit inside the ear canal with a good seal lack bass, but these manage to produce surprisingly deep and tight lows. I like using this form factor on public transport as it allows me to hear my surroundings better than in-ear types. I also love the quick-unpair button as it makes repairing to other devices so much easier! What a smart feature! Overall, a great product at a great price. Would highly recommend!

I recently purchased the TOZO wireless earbuds and have been extremely impressed with their performance. The sound quality is excellent, with clear, crisp audio and deep, powerful bass. Full disclosure, I don't get on with 'half-in' headphones, you know, the kind Apple send (or used to send) as the default [wired] option with your iPhone (remember wires?). Luckily, the recipient of these, my youngest, loves that style of ear bud, and gets on with these bargain fellows really well. For 17 quid, there is no point in pretending these will rival Airpods, you're not in the market for Airpods if you're reading this though. For £17 you get a lot: Fast USB-C Charging (cable included) Cracking battery life, maybe four full, four-five hour charges in one case (I think) Easy pairing (Bluetooth 5.3 if your phone / tablet's 5.3 anyway) Unique Bluetooth 'Reset' key (well, I've not seen before), enabling you to unpair the headphones from another device. 'not sure if this is you, this is really useful if you're paired to multiple devices. Premium feel, both buds and case, the latter has a reassuring magnetic 'snap' as you return your buds to their home. Sound is good for the money, first up, the [max] volume's far better than on many budget buds. The bass is OK too while the higher frequencies are controlled enough to avoid any 'tininess'. Negatives? Phone calls, not great, but then half-in designs are inherently flawed here anyway, so it's very much as case of whether you like the Apple style, or prefer a silicone bud in your ear (in which case TOZO appear to have an endless range to suit budget pockets) They're not Apple, so don't compare them to something costing ten times as much. Simple. Should I buy? Well, if you like the design, and have a small-ish budget, and want good functionality, you could do a lot worse. (My youngest does love the reset key)

This is my second pair of Tozo headphones already owning a 2 year old pair of T10s whic h are getting a little tired. The T12 are an improvement on what i thought were already good headphones. I was impressed with the small charging case with display showing the level of charge in each ear bud and that left in the case. This is a step up from the T10 case, smaller and with better info. The charging case will charge via USB C or on a wireless charger. The earbuds are easy to pair and can be further controlled via the TOZO app, the Tozo app works most of the time and allowed me to alter things like the touch controls and alter the sound equalisation. The ear buds are comfortable in the ear, have good sound quality (for ear buds) and seem to stay put. I used my earbuds on holiday and they did work while swimming but only with my head above water and only after i had disabled all the touch controls. I have had an issue with the left earbud, it no longer charges. I contacted Tozo directly using the customer service email address linked by Amazon. I had a reply within hours with suggestions to try that may resolve the issue. They didn't and they are shipping a replacement to me. Very quick response.

I am a great fan of the TOZO product and I am already enjoy using my TOZO A3 Purchase. It offers a great sound quality with an equally good microphone. The earbuds can fit easily in ear and are secured and cannot fall easily. This is a nice headphone at an affordable price with exceptional clear sound and quality Mic. The case is small so it just needs a very small storage. I am happy that he also has the latest USB-C instead of micro-USB and Wireless charging slot for the case same as my phone ear design. The only problem is the noise cancellation feature as you can still hear little noise in the background with the earbuds. To recap, I have been very happy with the device and also the other TOZO products specially the TOZO T10 I had before. I would definitely recommend it!

Why 1 stars? well firstly there is a issue with Q&A I read many reviews before purchasing and I have to agree with many negatives on these products. Firstly they have a really bad issue with the transparency mode whereby they have a noticeable hissing sound which is REALLY annoying. Secondly they drop their connection when in transparency mode so unless you have music playing in the background they will disconnect from whatever source you are listening too again very annoying when talking to people with the buds in your ears! Thirdly and this is very odd to get the best bass and higher frequencies you have to ONLY use the noise cancelling mode so for all other modes you get sub standard sounds which is really bad, I have owned several other manufacturer ear buds and this is the only brand to do this. If you only listen to music/sounds in NC mode and Never use transparency mode AVOID these and try others at this price point. Its such a shame as in NC mode they sound great! but they have so many flaws, spending around £50$50 etc gets much better rewards

They provide good quality sound and would be good for most. I had issues with the touch controls as they weren’t very receptive. Another issue for me was the connectivity. They would randomly disconnect or just stop playing my music, which is not ideal of course. Perhaps I had a faulty pair but be cautious.

These great value earbuds are small and light with a long lasting battery and superb range. I get great connection with my phone and clear voice calls. The little case charges the ear buds and is very small and stylish. I already have Tozo earbuds which are superb. These are a gift but at these prices Tozo are fantastic value and I like to keep a pair by my bed and another pair in my bag. I also have a pair on my desk at work. I love them! You won't be disappointed and they are a great price for Christmas gifts. You really don't need Apple pods. These are just as good.

These earbuds are awesome when you compare with others price/value. However I wouldn't recommend them for workouts or any other activities, you might end up losing one or both earbuds. In a sense they're bulky and you can tell just by looking at the advertising pictures.(4 and 6) The sound and bass is really great and I had no issues hearing others or be heard whatsoever. Noise reduction was good too. If it weren't for them not fitting properly into my ears, though I've tested all different tips, I would of definitely kept them. I had to send them back and find something else. I still rate them high, since not all earbuds fit everyone.

Highly recommended. Have this for almost 2 years, have dropped it many times but so far its still working just fine. Sound is fantastic for being half in ear.

I am a big fan of TOZO products, as they offer quality merchadise, at an excellent price. TOZO also stand by their products and care about their customers happiness. In my opinion, they are developing a variety of earbuds in response to listening to what their customers are requesting. TOZO has a range of products they offer, their earbuds, earphones...are what I am most familiar with. If you have a list of what you need and/or want in a listening device, and have a specific budget in mind, you should be able to find that TOZO has made a device that fits your listening needs. These earbuds closely remind me of Apple AirPods, in their size, style, and two method charging. I found that the sound quality is extremely impressive for the price, when I compared them to the Apple AirPods . Since I need to remove one or both earbuds in order to hear someone talk, I was very happy to find out that the same cord I use for my Apple AirPods, also works with these. (Which means that forgetting where I left them when taking them out, no longer happens when using the cord.) As for fit, I find that placing these earbuds in your ears, then taking the stem and giving it a 1/4 turn in your ear, just like I would do with the Apple AirPods placement, keeps them in place for most activities. Just like Apple’s, the case with or without the earbuds inside can be charged using a USB C cord, it also is wireless charge ready, and I was able to use my mag charge to charge the case. The usage time varied depending on what I was listening to, as well as to whether it was continuously in use or being paused a lot. I like that I also was able to get multiple charges for the earbuds when using their charged case. Their stems, are also able to provide you with multiple functions like pause, volume, etc., just like you can with the Apple AirPods All and all, I was impressed by these earbuds, and found them to exceed in every category, when compared to others in their price range, and outside their price range.
