So far these have worked great for storing filament. I have a desiccant core I put in the spool hole before sealing.

These storage bags are easy to use and hold the vacuum well. The pump works as expected. Highly recommend CFH

It takes forever to get any air out of the bag, the seal between bag and pump isn't very good. Real annoying. It works kinda, once you use your leg to back it up. But a bit too cheap it is. Previously purchased product much better.

I've been using these for over a year. All but one of them has held the "vacuum", some of them for several months. They can be a bit of a pain to deflate because you have to press the pump onto the valve, i.e., there is no fitting, which tends to push one side against the other. Still, they work well and I'd buy them again.

they do fit a regular 1kg roll, but the mouth of the bag is a tight fit. you have to squeeze the roll through. not ideal for people with only two hands to work with, but they do work. the four i've used so far have all been air tight, the hand pump works (even though the placement of the valve in the corner of the bag is not ideal, but still usable), and my fingers aren't always dry enough to slide the zipper closed easily, so i appreciate the little slider clips. just remember you're supposed to smooth the air valve with your finger to seal it after using the pump.

I had immediate doubts about this when it arrived based upon the cheap appearance of the vacuum pump but decided to give it a go anyway. I’ve sealed up four spools of TPU and PETG and only one has held vacuum for more than a few hours. It is still sealed some weeks later but the other 3 lose vacuum after only an hour or two. I thought there was a defective bag so I switched one out and it, too, loses vacuum. I found a printable part on Makerworld that was designed for this type of bag to help hold the pump up while it is working and this takes enough extra air out to give me a few more hours but then the seal just gives way and I end up with some expensive zip top bags. I know it is closed properly with the included helper tab because it does draw to a vacuum that lasts a while; this would not happen if there was a glaring error on my part. I’m considering sending it back as defective. Do not recommend the purchase.

Been in the bags 2 and a half weeks.... still holding. Pump is simple.... the little gadget to zip the bag is awesome. I highly recommend. Great product!

These bags are easy to use with the provided pump. You just stick it to the spot and suck out the air. It seems to be perfect for storing PLA.
