Great piece of kit!,
I purchesed this unit in december, and it has performed admirably, being used on very a regular basis every day, Takes about twenty minuets to boil from from each complete refill, and stays hot until it needs to be replenished. Very pleased with it'a water capacity and enrgy efficency, and very easy to clean. Fits my counter top perfecly. I notice that a few reviews mention that the water level is difficult to see, but i found that it may be that they have not removed the thin plastic covering protecting the water level indicator, i removed it, and the water level is very easy to read. Not seen any discolouration one reviwer remarked about either. That said, this is a very good product, and very well priced, and i can reccomend it Wholeheartedly.

Good Value Hot Water Boiler
Price is competative and it heats water like it should. CONS: It does not remember the temerature you set it on, it has 3 settings 60, 85 & 98, I want 98 deg c for tea. I have it on a timer to save electrcity over night but when it comes on in the morning it forgets I want 98 deg and comes on at 85 degrees, real pain having to alter the temp every morning. Not sure about the UNLOCK button, never had this before, you just have to remember to keep pressing it if you are doing several cups of tea. Water guage is not the easiest to read, seems a common problem on all water boilers I've ever owned. Reboil is slow, also slow to reboil from 85 to 98 Deg C. At the end of the day at £50 its fair value for money.

😀Great, maybe essential if you have arthritis and can’t lift cups easily
Purchased for my partner who has arthritis and has issues lifting kettles and cups. She wouldnt br without this nie. Temperature controls. Easy to dispense hot water even in larger mugs and other vessels. More cost effective than a kettle. 😀

Not a good quality—takes ages to boil and water doesn't come out clean
I used this dispenser twice and it's already formed white powdery chalk-like stains inside that not only look very unhealthy but also won’t come out without scrubbing with a sponge – something that I never experience with my regular kettle and I used the same tap water. When water is boiled, a lot of small particles form on the surface, and the water turns cloudy as it nears the bottom—suggesting the stainless-steel material may be of poor quality. Because of this, I haven't been able to use it for making beverages or cooking as it can be unhealthy. It also takes a very long time to boil when filled to full capacity—around 45 minutes. After water is boiled, it will automatically switch to 'keep warm' mode and will keep the water at the same temperature as long as it is connected to the socket – it doesn't have an on/off switch button to operate. When filled to the maximum level shown on the window, it doesn’t actually hold a full 5 litres (it holds about 3.5lt). There is also internal marking line and will hold approx. 5 lt. of water when filled in full—but not sure which measurement to follow as they don't align. Moreover, the product description claims it can operate without electricity, but in reality, it only functions when plugged into a socket and comes with a power cord. I am very disappointed with the product quality and I definitely do not recommend it for drinking or cooking, but seller was helpful and offered a refund. I put some before/after pictures, hope it helps.

Never look back since I got my first one of these
Great item, my 87 year old mother can get tea when I'm not around, soup, noodles etc. With out spilling or dropping the kettle anymore. Having the spout up higher is great, as not having it low down. Helps me with my tall thermos mugs as I can fit them underneath, unlike most others. With a adding timer switch i bought with it. It turns off when we don't need it and back on. Sounds silly but nice to have hot water when you want it, not wait 30minutes for it to heat up. Really good when I'm rushing around getting ready for work.

Base doesn’t seem to rotate as advertised …no manual pump!
The Amazon promotional advert is misleading (probably written by someone who doesn’t understand written English very well) . The base does not seem to rotate and there is no way to pump the hot water when it’s away from the mains source (the promotional advert seems to infer that it can be pumped manually but there’s no pump fitted) . The promotional advert seems to be almost a direct copy of the details of similar products sold elsewhere. However, boiler does heat the water very quickly and pumps it rapidly. Rob Mannion
