Plugged in and set up to use it and it works great.

Not usable as a conference microphone.
Not usable as a conference microphone. It did not pick up at one foot, let alone the ten feet promised. Even with input gain at 100%, I had to hold it to my mouth to get results.

Well made, heavy duty conference Mic
Works really well with my ASUS laptop. Has a good weight to it as I expected it to be a bit more cheaply made and plasticy. I am very happy with this product so far. Also nice - the cord is super long!

Caused feedback rpoblems with Skype
Tried to use for Skype meetings. So much feedback, I was constantly getting messages that my connection was causing poor audio quality for the entire meeting.
