Should i use and can i use the water based primer before apply “rust-oleum 2\rocksolid polycuramine garage floor coating”?

You only need a primer if you are coating a previously coated floor. I would suggest only using what is recommended by Rust Oleum.

Will this work on a bathtub?

I don’t think it would work very well at all for a bathtub

Can this be used to cover over traffic master vinyl floor tiling?

I would say ‘Yes’ to the extent that your vinyl floor is solid and not coming up. This stuff is pretty thin, but strong. If there’s any flex in your floor this will crack and fall apart.

I guess U can put a Re-Coat....My mistake...when I painted my 2 car garage...was not following instruction's...I tried doing my whole garage...at one time...well of course it didn't come out exactly the way I wanted it...I should have done...one half one day...the other half the next day...when U are putting it down you have a window of (2) two hours...before it starts drying...the surface is good...But I rushed the job...Maybe in the future I'll Re-coat it...But for now it's OK !!!!
