Love this supplement. Easy to swallow capsules. I eased my way in to using this product since the side effects said you could have stomach discomfort. I have been using the supplement for over a year now and have never had stomach issues. No funny after taste. This product has definitely helped me with my PCOS symptoms. I highly recommend this brand.

I have been using this to help with my PCOS and it has been great. My A1C level actually has gone down since using it twice a day.

No side effects when taking this med, helped with my PCOS and kept me off metformin for insulin resistance. No taste and the size of the pill was easy to swallow. Over all great quality.

Highly recommend this vitamin supplement for all women especially those struggling with hormone in balance. My OBGYN recommended these to me postpartum for hormone stabilization and to support my body as it heals and stabilized after childbirth. The physician recommended taking these supplements at a 40:1 ratio daily and I’ve noticed minor weight loss and improved mood and energy levels. The pills themselves are not large but not small, and four are considered the daily serving size. Switched from myo inositol & D chiro to plain inositol after not seeing results and actually having more problems from D chiro. I have lean pcos and found out D chiro can make lean pcos/ high androgens worse. This plain myo inositol has improved my sleep significantly which is what I was looking for. It also has reduced hair growth and improved overall mood and energy

Not sure if this product is helping me or hurting me when I take this I get super emotional like crying none stop I thought it was just me but when I stop taking it I felt better the thoughts that I was having had me so sad and couldn’t seem to get it together on the other hand it did help me with my cycle it came back on after not having one for a whole month I’m not sure of what is the cause of the emotional part but I don’t think I’ll be taking this again but don’t knock it until you try it everybody experience may not be the same this is just my experience! UPDATE:3/8/24 I stop taking the 2,000mg a day and went to 1,000mg a day and I feel much much better so I'm thinking 2,000 was just to way to much for me so if anyone experienced the same problem I did before just go down to 1,000mg you'll get better results I hope this helped!

Will continue to buy until I find another brand more affordable. I wish they made a larger dose/bottle. Those with PCOS need 2g in am and 2grams in pm. That is 8 of these a day.

Have used this the past few years and thought man, I really do love the pill version of this, it’s so easy. But recently I switched to a powdered form from another well-known brand and I have to say I feel regulated faster. This is a great brand and a little cheaper but I feel this other brand does a better job.
