I bought a couple sets of these shelves for displaying my work at art fairs. I'm not sure what kind of wood it's made of, but it's really lightweight but still sturdy enough for the job. They were easy to assemble, although we did have to shave some of the wood to get one of the shelves to fit into the grooves. They come with some screws for the back legs, but I decided to get my own bolts and wing nuts and use those instead so that I don't have to bring a drill with me to my art fairs. There are pilot holes already drilled for the screws to go in. However, even after we placed the bolts in place, one of the shelves was still wobbly. I also ended up painting my shelves black to fit in with my display colors. I should have taken more pictures of the shelves alone, but this is all I got. Overall, they worked well enough for what I needed.

This worked well, was easy to build and take down at a craft fair. The only reason it's 4 stars is because the finish is pretty chalky feeling, and it did rub off a bit on my black table cloth.

Very cheaply built. Please do not buy it is a waste of money. The wood is 100 times cheaper than pallet wood. I would have returned it, but while assembling it, the wood broke.

The wood it’s not meant to be taken down so much. I do pop ups 3 to 4 times a week and it’s proving to be unstable the more I used it. I’m sad I waisted so much money on this and it wobbles where I can’t add anything on it.

I ordered two of these for upcoming vendor markets for my candle business. They are easy to assemble and take apart (4 screws and Phillips screw driver) which is important for storage. I like the clean simple look. The shelves are deep enough for large candles. Good value for the price and my needs.

The stand did exactly what its purpose was. Only thing is I got a few splinters putting it together. I’ll probably have to sand it down and put a protective coat on it but I like it! Update: After so many events and taking it apart and putting it back together, it gave out on me Oct 2023. I will say for the price, it was definitely worth it!

The people who are saying this is a great purchase either got it for free or are ok with it not being sturdy or able to sit with all 4 feet on the ground. It wobbles terribly because of that. Then you have to force the wood slat into the place they make for them. We had to use a rubber mallet. Biggest issue is the fact that the legs are not even so it wobbles. Can’t have a display doing that. Don’t waste your money

I purchase this to use as display at craft shows for my smaller items. Works perfectly and assembly to set up/break down is quick and easy.
