Ok, so the blue shop rag is meant to be part of the packaging. Bosch does not use shrink wrap on the pads. I thought I had received a returned product and contacted the seller. The seller responded very quickly and offered to send out a new set, or a partial refund. I requested a new set. Then I discovered that the blue shop rag is meant to be part of the packaging! Who would know this? I highly recommend this product, and especially this seller.
