These really do the job
Easy to use and get into the muscle quickly easing out cramps and knots.These are completely solid so you will need to build up the pressure and once there you won’t be without them.Fantastic product.

Il kit è ben fatto. Buona la fattura e anche i materiali. Non è plastica ma una gomma piuttosto rigida. Fanno il loro dovere. Sembrano di ottima qualità. Anche il sacchetto è di buona qualità. La mia impressione è che il materiale sia molto resistente e è difficile che si rovini.

Good quality
Good quality and the peanut one being tapered is easy to use up against a wall.I took a star off as it is very difficult to self massage your upper back/ shoulders as you can't get enough pressure on it & you have to be a contortionist to do your upper back on the floor!!
