Silky smooth
It's silky smooth when fitted, comes with a little adapter ring to fit the standard Shimano BB sized spanner.Got three of these in various bikes after fitting the first to my daily hack. The first is still going strong and it gets put through the wringer every day, all weathers, I'm around 105Kg, daily commute is urban with a bit of BMX track and nature reserve off-road chucked in here and there.

Excellent value for an XTR bottom bracket at £26 & free delivery. Existing deore bottom bracket on my Merida lasted 3 months before it started squealing like a pig! Hopefully this will be more robust...
