It is an excellent product. Very nice trimmer with different heads and blades for different uses. Most importantly there are no cuts, bruises or pinches on the skin even on the delicate areas.

Everything is at excellent; But no zero level for shaving...

Extremely bad product and even worse customer service. Product- none of the blades give a close shave. Not even close to other brands I have used. Customer care- stopped working and charging after about 5-6 charging cycles. Customer service rattled off multiple instructions and after sending them answers to all their queries they blamed it on the missing charging cable in box. Just a regular Type C cable. When I told them I tried charging with multiple chargers and cables and specially when those work on my phones tablets and Philips shaver. No heed to that. And no solution. So Will have to trash the product. So my verdict. TRASH PRODUCT. One can understand average product but an evasive customer service means they don’t have confidence on their product themselves. Will suggest avoid purchasing it.

Works well on gentle area the only drawback I got is within 1.5 years of use, batteries are not capable of working more than 5-7 mins

Blade may feel high quality on the skin, but I have not used it so I can't verify it. The real problem is with the use of ceramic. It feels like plastic and that's fine, but it means you have to replace the blade every 3-4 months. The blade costs 1000 rs. I would rather go with a trimmer which is fully metal with self-sharpening blades. You never have to replace a blade if its self-sharpening
