I bought this marker for the sole purpose of making this custom Funko doll’s boots and cuffs into a better gold color. I tried using acrylic gold paint, but unfortunately that attempt did not look good. So turned to Amazon. Thank goodness for this marker, turned my mediocre paint job on this $50 doll into a much better outcome. You can see the comparison in the photo - the boots were originally the same white color as the shirt. This is after only one coat of the marker over the gold paint I had started with. There is some texture to the PVC, so in the end I ended up using about three or four coats to make it less porous looking and more shiny. Overall, am seriously impressed! I’m hoping the marker lasts a long time, as it was not inexpensive for one piece.

I am a portrait photographer and many of my clients want me to sign the photos. I have had difficulty finding a gold pen that would actually work on semi-gloss photo paper but this pen does the trick. I won't use anything else now that I found it! Great quality, dries fast and flows easily.

Great chrome paint pen. I use it on models and props. Very nice.

No matter how much I prime and try to use the fine tip, it only worked to write the date on a black Polaroid which looked amazing. After that didn’t work at all.It dries fairly quick, I would recommend extra time.The ink is amazing with one pass, one you double up on it, it’ll lose its shine.Love it but would love it more if the fine tip worked.

Very pleased with the color and quality...but dried out very quickly. Probably lasted about 2 or 3 projects and that was it. We kept with the cap tightly on, with our other "fancier" pens, but still had to throw them out. Disappointed.

This marker is truly gold. I used this on craft project that needed to look like 14K gold and it did the trick. The quality is superb and does not fade. The marker fluid covered my project in one pass. I did have to go back and touch up my mistakes. I like that there is a thick side to this marker and a very thin marker. I use the thin side to sign birthday cards. Well worth the price, which is not really bad either.

I've had nothing but bad luck with metallic pens over the years, but this pen! This pen changes everything! The gold is bright, it flows well without dripping, spotting, or overflowing, and it dries quickly so I don't drag my had through it and ruin the whole piece. I'm even designing projects JUST so I can use this pen!
