Actually what the lol
We got 30% parts only lol where is everything and instruction. We returning it tho. Like it said it’s gna take a week. Then it took a month to delivery. And we got only few parts of it. Wasting time. Wasting money. Just dont go for it

Excellent rack for the price!
Stuart’s appearing, easy to assemble and well worth the money! Also customer service shipped me entirely new hardware kit because I told them I was missing few bolts.

Missing all the hardware
It was missing every piece of hardware and didn’t come with half of the brackets it was supposed to. Couldn’t use it if I wanted to.
