Since working from home I switched to Nespresso, it's fairly easy and the coffee is OK. This is a nice machine, looks good, fairly simple to work, but I've now had two, the first one lasted 20 days and the steam function completely broke, the second has just broken after less than two months, exactly the same issue. I make 4-5 coffees a day, and clean the nozzle after every coffee, the machines are clearly not being built properly. Nespresso want to send a new nozzle (the current one is not blocked), then want me to send it away for repair that can take up to 3 weeks, not very impressive for a £500+ machine that's only weeks old. And based on my experience so far I'd assume it will only last a month or two before breaking again. I've bought Nespresso for over 6 years, this machine and their response means I'll probably move on to a different system.

Delivery of the machine was very quickly and the whilst unboxing it did not disappoint. Aesthetically, the machine is sleek, elegant, eye-catching and connected seamlessly with my phone. Hello Nespresso app! The set-up is extremely user-friendly with a whole repertoire of drinks at your fingertips. The quality of the drinks produced are tasty and barista standard from the comfort of your own home. I am a real coffee enthusiast and appreciate the ability to produce delicious drinks at the touch of a button. The ease of usability of this machine is brilliant, extremely user-friendly and simple to master. The flexibility in length of drinks/cup size is a real positive of the Vertuo system. The ability to make an espresso to a latte with a range of blends coffee pods fits well into my day and allows me to cater all moods. I’m excited to try the full range of pods. The froth levels and heat for the milk steamer encourages creativity with your drinks. In conclusion, The Vertuo Creatista elevates coffee moments with its design and self cleaning features. I will definitely be using this machine to increase and redefine my at home coffee ritual experience throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend!

This is my first coffee machine and I absolutely love it. It came within 24 hours and it was so easy to set up. I haven’t stopped using it. It also came with a code that you can scan so you can order your coffee pods and subscribe, so you don’t forget or run . I thought it would be difficult to use, but in fact it is quite easy. The instructions are easy to read, and it is also easy to clean the drip tray, just slides out and then slides back in again.. I also thought it would be bigger than it actually is. It also save me space in my kitchen. This has now become an essential part of my kitchen equipment, and I would actually be lost without it.. I’m beginning to be a bit of a coffee connoisseur and an excellent barista. I can make the milk to my liking it has 3 settings and all I have to do is keep an eye on the water level. All in all this is a magnificent Eye catching coffee machine and I’m glad of my purchase and would highly recommend this to all friends and family.

Well what can I say about the Nespresso Vertuo Creatista coffee machine. It’s the best coffee machine I have ever purchased. It’s like having a coffee barista in your own home! I will never need to have take out coffee again. I love the fact that you can have anything from an espresso sized coffee to a mug at the touch of a button. The machine itself is stylish, more compact than I was expecting and in a sleek brushed stainless steel finish it looks fabulous on my kitchen counter. The built in steam wand is amazing you have 3 different settings for milk texture and heat to make the perfect cappuccino, latte or flat white in seconds. It’s also extremely easy to clean, with a damp cloth after use as it self purges into the drip tray. The range of coffee pods available is great and easy to purchase online or at a Nespresso boutique. The machine was easy to set up and connect to the internet and also the Nespresso app on my phone to keep track of maintenance and troubleshooting . Delivery was quick and easy to arrange. The unboxing of the machine was just as exciting as the first use. The machine is expensive but it is very worth the money for barista-style coffee at home and I highly recommend this machine to anyone who loves a coffee. So go on treat yourself to this fabulous machine, you will not be disappointed.

If you have bought into the Nespresso Virtuo capsule system, this is probably the ultimate machine. Not at its full price though. Note though that in contrast to the Creatista Pro, this machine does not seem able to do coffee and milk frothing at the same time. This is no great hardship. A recent firmware update suggests that the milk frothing can be automatically adjusted depending on the coffee capsule inserted, but I have not worked out how to do this yet. For those wondering whether to migrate from the traditional Nespresso capsules to the Virtuo systtem, I have generally found Virtuo to be superior, both in strength, volume and crema.

Makes great coffee and is easy to use. However, we noticed the machine leaked from the underneath after an about 6 weeks and was sent back to Nespresso for repair under the warranty, they returned the machine stating that there was nothing wrong. Even though I had a video call with their customer service to demonstrate the leak. It went back a second time and the same thing happened, On the third time of returning, they replaced a part but it was still leaking when it came back. We requested Nespresso to replace the machine and they declined our request. After 11 months we returned the machine to Amazon and they sent us a brand new one. After approx three weeks the new machine started to leak in the same place. In all the time of owning these machines we have cleaned and maintained as per the instructions. With both machines, the leak happens after using the milk frother. Really disappointing and glad it was purchase in Black Friday sale rather than paying full price. A machine at the price should not have this leaking issue and from reading reviews online we are not the only people to have encountered this.

This is a fantastic machine and replacement for my older creatista pod machine. It arrived very qujckly, the build quality and aesthetics are excellent. It is extremely user-friendly, with flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes literally made at the touch of a button. Results are excellent, producing coffee that isn’t far off what you would expect from the well-known high street brands. No fuss/no mess and a simple clean up operation. A large water tank is helpful when making a number of coffees for friends/family (double the size of my last machine). The vertuo system is much more advanced than the original Nespresso offering and I love the long drinks it produces – a real limitation with the older pods. In summary, I am very happy with this machine that provides excellent results with no fuss and mess! Highly recommended.
