This product works great when used with blueberries, since they assist in provide the required amount of lubricant required by a person's knees. I have found the best time to use this product is after supper and before bed, use 1 capsule with blueberries, with a warm cup of water to follow.

after taking it for 2 weeks, both knee started to have pain I continue to take it the pain got worse. I quit taking them and cancelled the auto shiip.

After watching a video of this product I purchased a bottle.If I had not been taking other supplements for years I probably would have a better review:The product is nothing new. It has lower amounts ( millagrams ) of the supplements than products I take.As for improvement in the joints, not experiencing what the video promised. Will not be purchasing this over priced product again.
