I’ve been taking these for about 3-4 months now. I appreciate getting all of the amino acids my body needs. Let’s face it, each of us need something right? So with this having ingredients to help balance us in ways we probably never knew about, I have no complaints thus far. I suffer from Epstein Barr Syndrome and fatigue, over exhaustion is the primary issue- for me. These seem to have helped a lot. I used to have trouble with waking up in the morning. And not like 10,11 am but 6,7 am. Ive been waking between 3:30-4:00 am regardless off amount of sleep or quality of sleep I get. I generally wake up, shower, workout (home gym), shower again, get started for the day with my senior rescue dog. Preparing her meals, medications, maybe make her a dozen freezer treats, etc. I then move onto preparing and cooking dinner for later. I have a quiet vacuum so I generally do the am vacuum while pup and husband are still asleep. Laundry, dishes, feed the outside wildlife and am done by 8 am! I mean my rescue and husband get up between then. It’s tasteless to me, I always struggle with pill size and these are no different. I do take these with other supplements daily without any problems. I don’t notice any appetite control. I wish the price was more affordable so I could take more than one serving a day but with everything else- vitamins, prescriptions and other supplements, it all costs me more than a week of groceries. Maybe one day they will offer regulars sales and not just subscriptions.

These were actually sent by BodyHealth. Other shippers use the BodyHealth name and link, but then they are from someone else. Beware! My last jar had a terrible smell and taste and had to be thrown out.

Have not seen the positive effects to it but have not been on it long enough to notice. No negative side effects, does help with muscle recovery. Sleep quality cannot say because I take magnesium glycinate and that has helped tremendously before starting this product. Ease of use, I don’t mind the five pills but the taste and smell is not the best for me. Can’t describe it but it’s mind over matter.

I’ve been using this for over a year and I love it. I can feel a difference when I take it before I work out. I live that I can still get some amino acids when I’m fasting and it won’t break my fast!

These are awesome for those of us that can’t stomach protein powders without it being smothered with ice cream defeating the purpose of getting fit lol They might not work quite as well as a drink but they definitely work. They smell like toots but are easy to just take real quick. I did find that the smaller batch I purchased at the grocery store were slightly smaller and easier to swallow. Not sure if I got an older version off Amazon but it wasn’t expired and my experience was fine. I will be purchasing from the grocery store though from now on since I found out they carry it

This product contains all 9 essential amino acids, with leucine listed first — that’s good. The nucleic acid additions are an interesting touch, though evidence for oral nucleotides boosting muscle synthesis in healthy adults is limited. My main issue is with the equivalence claims. The label says 5g equals 29g of whey, implying whey is only ~17% utilized. Established protein quality research (Net Protein Utilization, Biological Value) puts whey at 90-95% — one of the highest of any protein source. The company appears to be using a non-standard definition of “utilization” to make the math work. Even if absorption were perfect, 5 grams is still just 5 grams of building material. Efficiency and equivalence aren’t the same thing. Also, it’s a proprietary blend, so you can’t verify how much of each amino acid you’re actually getting. Tryptophan and histidine are listed near the bottom, suggesting minimal amounts. It’s a decent EAA supplement if you need something low-calorie and fast-absorbing. I have ordered this product based on a TikTok recommandation + the amazingly positive reviews I read about this product made me want to try it, the seller *exborders* delivered it on a timely manner, the product is genuine and was delivered in a good state (not hot)! I have yet to see results yet it seems to be effective to cover up my protein daily needs.
