The waterpik was well packed as soon as I opened it. It had a perfect beginners guide and was simple to understand. The highest power mode is too strong for me, but I usually use the r soft or pulse mode. I use it every night and sometimes in the day and it hasn’t ran out of charge over the last month. It also have USB-C which is convenient because it’s the only type of charger I have at home. As for effectiveness, I can’t tell much of a difference so far in my gums and teeth, but it does its job of getting rid of anything stuck in between your teeth that a normal toothbrush would probably miss. It’s not that big and it’s easy to open and fill with water as well. It has different heads, but I mostly only feels the need for the tongue cleaner and regular gum cleansing head. Works well and I love the different speed settings. Easy to use and comes almost ready to use instantly (needs to charge). It’s my third one and I’ve ordered this model each time.

Good water dental flosser .

I really like this product. The different settings are great. I put it to the test after eating a granola bar. I then used the dental floss and it really did its job on clearing my teeth out. Then brushed. For the money it’s worth the purchase,

I brought two of these one for myself ( Black) and one for my 12y old ( pink). We both love it. She especially like that there's a soft and a child mode. It's just right for her with just getting braces. I really like the normal and strong mode. As the normal mode is strong you can use the strong mode if there's something that's just stubborn. Overall Great item.

We disassemble the 3 parts & dry out on paper towels at night. Went away fir a week at Thanksgiving & returned to moldy mildew that is incased in the unit the water goes through. Under the seal there is a clear gasket that is mostly moldy & was seeping out onto the piece you hold. Gross. Not even 6 months old

I was looking to purchase a high end flosser but opted not too and started looking on Amazon. I knew what I wanted or at least had an ideal. So this one is my very first one it is great it has good water presser. I've tried all the setting but I like strong. My dentist did tell me to make sure I get one with different setting so I don't injury myself. I understand why the press ain't no joke. The attachments work great as well. You when you need to go to the dentist for a clean when you start to get some build up forming. Well that's when I know I've been eating to much of the wrong thing. Or you can see stains on your teeth. Well I've been using this just over a week or so and my teeth are looking great. The build up is gone but I do use a whiting toothpaste to help with the coffee stains removal. This is a great buy for beginners that do not know what to expect. Use it everyday. No problems.

It runs water super fast and thus doesn’t work the way it should bought is for a very high price more price than shown actually simply waste of money

This flosser is just what I need - easy to handle, enough size water tank and it does a very good job. I'm not a big fan of flossing but I've used it every night since purchase.

Works quite well, once you get used to the control buttons.
