Product mounts well but the ball point rolls down and doesn't stay in place. Rotation ability is cool but does not stay in place.

Strong mags on both ends After a couple months, I too had the problems with the drooping phone due to the weight of the phone and weak lower ball joint. Fixed in by applying blue thread lock juice all around the lower ball and letting it dry to firm up the ball joint. Holds firm in place now.
