I fell and cut my legs badly, this ointment kept the wound clean and was impressively effective at helping to heal the wound and reduce the scarring.

Began to despair as nothing else seemed to work on a heat rash until I used this zinc ointment which started to clear the rash in two to three days applying morning and night. After one week the skin is nearly back to normal. Use only small amounts as the ointment is fairly thick.

My mistake as it's really quite greasy but it's stopping the itchy scratchy legs which worries me due to diabetes. So worth it.

Though my doctors failed to treat the mysterious cause of why the inner thigh seams adjoining my crotch kept sore and emitting a clear foul-smelling fluid akin to rancid perspiration, within 48 hours of applying this cream the symptoms receded. After a week, my skin healed. After three weeks, the symptoms slowly returned, but another application of zinc put them all in abeyance once again. This is a simple and highly effective solution to a health issue that caused me low self-esteem and potential embarrassment when it came to sex. Note that Sudocrem didn't work for me and merely masked the symptoms for a few days. I hope my account leads to blessed relief for other sufferers of long-term crotch upsets.
