I have had severe neck pain for years and go for regular massage, decompression and have also had to get injections to alleviate the pain. I have been advised I need surgery, which scares the heck out of me. I have purchased many similar products and nothing works as well as cryoderm. I have tried the heating one - but did not like it. I’ve tried less expensive products but what a waste of money. It works fast, no sticky residue. So like I said this is my go to and best roll- on pain aid I have found !!!

We usually use biofreeze, but our massage therapist suggested this. It works better.

I have degenerative disc disease. I'm almost completely missing two of my lower discs and a third is not far behind (I'm not super smart I don't remember the numbers). I also have a 16 degree curve in my spine. Some days the pain is so bad that I can't stand up straight, I have to bite a belt to put my shoes on. The doctors have told me surgery will change nothing and recommend pain management (pain killers) which is not my cup of tea. I have not tried to use this when I have to wear constrictive clothes and I make sure I'm careful not to touch my face or allow it to come in contact with anything (I read the reviews about it burning peoples skin and what not) I can't confirm the negative things said seeing how I took preventive measures to avoid them just in case. Now the good part - this is the only thing that allows me to have pain relief almost instantly. I wake up Saturday morning and can't walk straight, the pain is to the point I'm grinding my teeth, I roll this bad boy on my back (not even a lot), I'm walking upright and can function, not like a normal person in their 30's, but like a human being. I don't feel like I'm exaggerating when I say this gave me a portion of my life back, I truly feel it has. If you think I'm a bot or working for them it's your loss because I'm not. Take the chance see the results for yourself, worst thing to happen is you'll be out a few bucks. (Side not bio freeze and Cryoderm and very similar products if you read about the "special extracts" online they're not much different, I don't think bio freeze is a bad product, it just didn't work as well for me as this.)

Have a bad shoulder and bad back. These are in my opinion better than the Biofreeze or Icy Hot roll-ons. Really works well and the smell is not pleasant but not unpleasant, kind of hits a sweet spot. But it definitely works at relieving the pain. It is a nightly routine with me I put it on my shoulder and then I have my wife rub it on my back. Highly recommend
