Easy installation though got a certified Gas engineer to fit as per the recommendation

Check Bag of Fittings
Item arrived on time, very well packed, good product and nicely finished, my only complaint is that there was no Natural Gas Elbow in the bag only a fitting for LPG gas. So I had to order a fitting from Amazon which cost £11.49, could not get in touch with the supplier to request reimbursement for the fitting, not to pleased about that.

Amazon unaware of selling non-compliant products in UK
The hob was supplied with a gas fitting that my Gas Safe engineer confirmed was not UK compliant, requiring an emergency purchase of the correct fitting, extra labour and materials to complete the installation safely. I've attached the engineer's report and invoice and request reimbursement for the additional costs caused by this issue., Very unfortunately Amazon customer service was not helpful.

This is a really lovely unit. The wok burner is fierce. Very easy to clean and looks more expensive than it cost.

Good value for money and well packaged.
Bought this for my boat.Work well with an even flame.I did have to use a small extension lead for the ignition as it was slightly shorter than the one I replaced. If I was being really critical I would say the stainless steel was of a thinner gauge than the last one.good value for money though.
