Seems fine
The film came in the kodak canister but without retail package. Expected because Kodak usually does not sell pro film in singles. Going to use in Kodak H35N camera. Using this as it has high exposure latitude, suitable for fixed shutter aperture cameras. Wonโt know how is the film till it is finished. Will update in future.

I use an entry level 35mm (Kodak EKTAR H35N) and I found the Kodak Portra 400 helps increase the quality of my photos. Highly recommend.

Perfect for portraits or nature photography
First time using Portra and everyone was right - skin tone is perfect. We used for both outdoors and street photography to compare, and it was lovely for nature. The colors were dreamy and pastel and everything was matted and beautiful. Not what I am looking for when I shoot city/street photos as Iโm looking for a higher contrast and punchier colors. Iโll stick to outdoors and portraits for this film.

No box, no expiration date, no clue if it can be used
I should have read the reviews! This film does not come in a box, and has no expiration date on it. There's no way to tell if it's useable film and I don't want to take the risk of missing out on photos.

it's one of the best films, don't get me wrong but...
...it's so expensive. i would buy it again but only for special occasions, like if i'm traveling and going to a beautiful place

Individual roll sold from larger packs arranged quickly, pictures came out great. Nice cost effective way of buying small amounts of film and not breaking the bank.

Beautiful Film!
Great value for money, buying a full pack of these is rather expensive, this is a great way to test if you like this film. Easy to shoot on, and photos come out fantastic! Colour in the photos is bright and warm, the quality can be seen in the photos attached.
