So Awesome!!
We use this at least twice a week! It's perfect! We usually take 1 pound of hamburger, divide it in half, and in no time, we have two huge half pound burgers. I usually make 2 meals off of mine...but hubby puts his on a bun with cheese and a slice of tomato and has a meal. I chop mine up and add it to lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and either dip bits in mayo or cover in a spray of olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar. The grills are easy to remove and clean when they cool, nothing sticks to the surface at all. The grill is big enough to hold both big burgers with no problem and the drain tray is large enough to collect all the fat. It cooks evenly and seems to be very durable for as often as we use it. It heats up quickly and cools down by the time we are finished eating. We like the color and size of the unit. It's worth every penny.

Really good indoor grill, easy to use and to clean due to removable plates
I recently replaced my old, still functioning smaller George Foreman grill with this one. I liked the older one, but it was something of a drag to clean, since I had to be careful not to get it too wet below the plates, as they weren't detachable. I didn't use it as much because of this. Also, some of the non-stick coating had rubbed off over the years, probably from my using Pam-type sprays in the past. This one has plates which come off and can easily be washed in the sink with a bit of dish soap and something like a Scrub Daddy sponge (and not steel wool). That it's easy to clean is a real plus in my wanting to use it more often than the old one. It's really probably best cooking for 1-2 people at a time, as you might have to cook a second batch for 2 more people, since you'd be kind of jam-packing the available grill space. There's no temperature control or knobs; you simply plug it in, wait about 4 1/2 minutes for the other light to come on to alert you that it's heated up enough, and then add your food. It grills both sides of the food at once, so no need to flip it. I've cooked turkey burgers, boneless chicken breasts, hot dogs, grilled cheese so far and plan to try salmon and other things soon. You might want to experiment how long you want to cook things, as 4 minutes for a turkey burger certainly cooked it, but, as advertised, it drains a lot of the fat from the food. Perhaps a little less time might keep a bit more of the juices. The fat collects in the plastic reservoir, which is placed in front of the machine and is easily cleaned when you've finished cooking. To turn off the machine, simply unplug it. Of course, leave some time for the plates and the machine to cool down before attempting to remove the plates to clean them. I'd also recommend not using Pam or other kinds of sprays which have added chemicals which will rub off the non-stick surface. Instead, I use a plastic spray bottle and use real olive or other oil to spray on if you wish to do so. This grill won't heat the house, either. The first time you use it, the instruction book tells you to run it for like 15 minutes without any food in it to burn off any residuals chemicals, and it might smell or smoke which it says is normal. That happened as they said, but after that, it works really well, no smell except for the food being cooked, and I am very happy with my purchase.

This model is SO much better than the new Fully Submersible Grill
I've had Foreman grills for 20+ years, starting with the Champ. It was time for a slightly larger grill. I first ordered the newest model, the fully submersible grill, and it was a fail for me. Where the probe stuck into the grill, that made the entire grill feel wonky when you tried to open it. The drip tray was designed all wrong and I had grease leaving both ends when I tried to drain into a jar. When I opened the lid, grease would drip out the back near the probe area. Also I had to use a pot holder just to lift the lid or I got burned. It also never had the green light come on, so I returned it. So glad I did now. This model is PERFECT! The grill plates are easy to remove and reattach, just make sure you get the tabs in the slots. The underneath cord storage is nice. The drip tray is long and easy to pour into a jar. Sure, this only cooks 2 full size burgers at a time instead of 4, but we all know how that goes. Slider-size burgers, maybe you can get 4 on there. What I really love to cook is bacon. I can get 4 full-length bacon strips, and I have quit using my air fryer now, where I have to cut the bacon in half. Nice and crispy bacon. The removable grill plates are easy to clean.

Works as described - power cord is about 26.5 inches
Nice system but the power cord is just over 2 feet (about 26.5 inches) from the point of appliance entry to the tip of the 120 volt plug. I needed about 2.5 feet in order to use the grill under the exhaust fan on my glass top stove. That location is perfect to use the GF Grill as the glass top stove (when cold) offers a large flat easily cleaned surface … directly under a kitchen exhaust fan. The GF Grill works as intended (and is a keeper) but would get a better rating if the cord was only about 6” longer. If I would recommend an improvement it would be to include and ON/OFF switch and a longer power cord.

Must have item in the kitchen.
Cooks fast without using oils. This is my turkey burger machine! Fast & easy with great grill taste. The best improvement they ever did is the removable plates. Such easy clean up. This is my 3rd as over time the plates get wear, I don’t use any non-stick that appears yo be worn. I also sent one yo my 82 year old father. He loves ther fast cook & easy bless op.

Cooks fast and easy to clean
This is my first GF grill. Been seeing them for years and thought I would try one. It really does work as advertised. Since it cooks both the top and bottom at the same time, you don't have to flip or mess with the food. Some experimentation is needed to get the food right as there is no temp setting on this model and it's hard at first to know when it's done. I don't know what they coat these plates with, but it is 100% non-stick. I have not had to wash the plates at all, I just wipe them with a paper towel while it's warm and everything just falls off and it's clean again. Time will tell on the longevity of the coating but for now, it's like it's got a permanent layer of oil on it. Great for us non cooks to slam a piece of meat in there and just let it do its thing. For $35, you really cannot go wrong.
