This docking station stopped working after 9 months, but I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and helped me figure out how to fix the issue. It supports all 3 of my monitors at a great resolution, even though my laptop is very old and has compatibility issues with other docking stations. And all of this, despite being very affordable.

I liked how functional it is since I was able to connect a device with the damaged screen and view it very well on another simultaneously. It is very easy to use. It is also of very good quality at a very reasonable price.💯👌🏽

This gadget makes me happy 😊 it's better than the one provided by the job. I have noticed that YouTube sound doesn't work with the gadget. This could be user error, I'll keep investigating the problem.

The price is excellent if it was reliable but unfortunately, this USB-C hub is unreliable. When extending to 3 monitors (using both HDMI and DisplayPort), all displays flicker on and off after 45 minutes of use. It appears my unit is defective. I now have to go through the hassle of returning to amazon for a refund. These cheap USB-C hubs are truly a hit or miss.

Tengo monitores 2 k y 4k a más de 165hz. Las 4 estrellas es porque no mantiene los hz al reiniciar el computador. Hay que entrar nuevamente a la configuración pantalla y subír los hz cada que se prende la computadora.

This was a great product for me. I have an HP computer with not enough USB outlets. This docking station is very easy to set up and provided all the connectivity ports that provided the functionality I needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.

I have now had 2 of these. I use them when working from the camper because they are much smaller than the dock i use at home. They work great when they work but, first one died after about 2 weeks, an HDMI port stopped working. Went home and they replaced it. Working int he camper again now and USB stopped working now. Already checked drivers and confirmed on my other laptop as well. Device =Manager is not detecting anything when plugged in. Its getting power but, no data. Going to have to buy something more robust now. I only run 2 HDMI monitors 1920X1080, a wireless keyboard/mouse and a headset device.

The device seemed of good quality; I am unsure how this happened. It just did. The other two monitors work fine, and I've switched the HDMI cord to different HDMI inputs and outputs. I even changed the HDMI cord. The other monitors are using VGA, and DP is working fine. It's not the monitor. That works fine when plugged into different things. It's not the computer. So, something weird has to be going on inside the adaptor.
