Plenty soft, super easy to install. Liked the first so much I bought a second on. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag so it will take several hours before it expands to full size.

Work's great for a bad neck. Just use sticky back Velcro if you have leather so it don't slip.

A little too thin, I bought it to go on a rocking chair with a lumbar support. The velcro also can't be tightened quite enough.

I am tall and keep my car seat leaned back significantly so I can see the traffic lights. This pillow does a great job of extending the headrest so that I can relax against it on long drives while keeping my head level, rather than tilted back with the seat.I ended up installing mine upside-down so that the wider wings at what should be the bottom are at the top. This gets the point of contact at the base of my skull rather than the top of my neck. It is not the default configuration, but I found it works better for me.The pillow itself has a good squish to it. The case unzips in the back so you can add extra stuffing if you need to. The fabric feels good and the velcro strap at the back is thick and very sturdy.

It’s ok but not for high back seats

I put this on my driver door 2017 f150 to cushion my knee from the plastic door panel. The Velcro strap fit nicely around the door handle
