WORST RO EVER | FRAUD BRAND
The media could not be loaded. This is a fraud company selling Purifier. This is the condition after ordering the exchange of item after the first time order.1. ❌ Water tank was broken, so tried to exchange item. The item got delivered after 15 days of actual order.2.❌ The RO filter doesn't have cartridge inside. It is just empty cylinder.3.❌ The UV chamber is damaged and leaking water all inside the machine chamber.4.❌ No filtration happening, TDS showing 895 level.5.❌ No return policy of Amazon, so if you are being cheated, it is your responsibility. Amazon is not liable for such vendors.

Worst Product and Customer Service Experience
I received the product on December 17th, and it was installed on December 18th. Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing a problem with the sensor functionality, as the water does not stop automatically after filling in.Upon reaching out to Customer Care on January 23rd, I was informed that resolving the sensor issue would incur charges and that there is no warranty coverage for the same.
