I absolutely love the hair color. It was exactly what I was looking for as far as a black to dark gray ombre. However, when I brought it to my hair braider she immediately says that this isn't Kanekalon Hair. It's pretty much plastic. The difference between the two is that this hair was very soft and smooth and the Kanekalon feels more kinky to the touch. Also, THIS HAIR DOES NOT DIP WELL. When you dip Kanekalon hair in hot water, it becomes instantly straight and helps the hair not to unravel. However, since this hair is basically plastic if you try to dip it nothing changes. It still looks "frizzy" at the ends but considering how small my braids were, I have no problem with it. My braider also told me that some of her other customers had this type of hair but they redipped it over time if they wanted that silk look to the ends, just add some oil like baby oil or vitamin e oil to the hot water (I couldn't remember which one she said but it was something like that). I've had no problem with this hair so far! I bought two for a total of 10 packets and I only used 5. I will be saving the other ones to use in the future! I gave it 4 stars because it wasn't the hair that they said it would be, so false advertising, but it was a great deal out of all of the different sellers I saw and the most greatly reviewed. I was going to just post the first picture but I was told to post another one with the hair close up so enjoy a picture of me getting ready for a date lol.

I used the hair to make synthetic dreadlocks. The hair is thick from top to Bottom so it made beautiful dreadlock extensions! Definitely worth buying!

The hair came in a bag with 5 individual packs of hair inside. The hair is very thin, not alot of hair in one pack. As you can see I did a medium to jumbo size braid and was able to get about 3 braids per pack. There are also some inconsistencies with the hair. I noticed some packs were more voluminous than others. It's very soft but gets tangled VERY easily. Also do not add any type of moisture to this hair because it gets very slippery. I tried adding ecostyler to it just so the braids look a bit more smooth but it became so hard to grip and braid. I love the color. I had braids with this color blue before and loved it so I decided to get it again however there isn't much black in the ombre. My ponytail is all blue. Also for length, the braids in the back come all the way down to the top of my butt after feathering. They are very much so booty braids which is why I had to put it in a ponytail. Overall the hair was not bad. Does not untwist itself and did well when I dipped them.

Soon as I started braided the hair, it itched like crazy. I washed, brushed, and finally boiled it to ensure softness, but it still itches the skin. What's truly irritating is that it itches on top of clothing fabric. Nothing worked to remove the itchiness. Wouldn't recommend to the professional braiders. Wouldn't recommend braiding this into your child's hair either. The delivery was fine as well as packaging. The hair tends to tangle easily as well as shedding. The dye still hasn't faded yet, so that's a plus. Other than that, wouldn't buy again.

This hair is absolutely amazing! It’s so soft, smooth and easy to work with. When sealing the ends with hot water the color didn’t bleed at all!! Super beginner friendly, the hair is light weight and the braids turn out super neat and pretty!! I definitely recommend this hair for anyone and I will MOST definitely be purchasing this hair again!!

I Love, love this hair lol, I'm a stylist and wanted to try something different for my Anniversary, We were taking wedding photos, because we didn't have any when we gotten married. My husband has always said he wanted to see me with my hair gray, but I didn't know if I would look right lol. But when I got this hair it was soft, the packs were thicker than I had expected. And the end result was awesome, Everyone was Complimenting me on the color, and the length. And I booked a few clients might I add. I just order some more hair, and I 'll definitely continue to do so. And I'll post some more pictures of the new do lol *UPDATE* I also crochet the hair in and Got lots of compliments I will add those photos as well

I really like the hair for the most part. It was soft and easy to braid. The color was perfect especially since my roots are grey. The only reason I didn’t give the hair a 5 star was because it had knots in it through out the hair and made the braid knot together. Other than that I’ll more than likely buy again just because of the color
