Based on the sizing scale I should have brought a large! Please do not listen to the sizing scale unless you want a waist trainer that doesn’t actually compress your waist. based off pictures and reviews, I decided to size down, and that was definitely the right decision. I gave it four stars because it was advertised to have three different levels of clips and mine only had one level, I was excited for that so that I could shrink with it now I’ll just have to buy another one sooner once this one’s too big. But other than that, the trainer is beautiful it fits very nice. The quality is sturdy like it’s impossible for me to slouch, which is a reason why I bought it to help with my posture. It covers all the way from under my bust to the bottom of my torso, but keep in mind. I don’t have a very long torso. It’s definitely worth the money, especially while it’s on sale. I also do like the adjustable straps on the shoulders. I’m pretty short and needed to use one of the higher levels so I would’ve been disappointed if that wasn’t an option. Update: disregard what I said about the 3 different levels on the clips, It’s definitely there( on the inner layer) 😂 in my defense it was 2 o’clock in the morning when I tried this on, so my awareness was not at peak performance didn’t realize there was two different layers to this. I will say, though I can fit all the way in the third level so I still feel like I’m gonna have to buy a small. I’m 5’2 and I dont know my exact weight but probably 170-180. Another update 😭: the MED was okay but honestly didn’t compress my waist the way I wanted and I could wear it all the way on the last set of clips. So I returned it and got a small. I will update on whether or not that was a mistake 😂😂😂 also I weighed myself and I’m 170 if that helps anyone. Though I do have a very small waist for my size. Final update: THE SMALL IS PERFECT! It may be too compressing for some people, but it’s exactly what I was looking for. If you want to truly waist train, go two sizes down. If you don’t, I would just size down one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Quality & Comfortable! I was honestly surprised by how much I like this waist trainer. The material feels sturdy but still comfortable enough to wear for several hours. It gives me a smooth, snatched look under my clothes without feeling like I can’t breathe. The adjustable hooks make it easy to tighten as you get used to it, and it stays in place instead of rolling up. I’ve been wearing it consistently during workouts and while running errands, and it’s held up really well. If you’re looking for a comfortable waist trainer with good support and quality, I’d definitely recommend this one!

I don’t usually come back to leave reviews but I’ve just been really happy with this product. I’ve been using this about 6 days a week during my 10-12 hour work days (seasonal worker so it’s our busy season). Size down 2 sizes!! I promise it’s the right move. I went down 1” within the first week and am about 1.5” now. If you stop using the trainer for 2-3 days you will start gradually going to your normal shape again. I’m an avid weight lifter that needs to keep weight on to not look like a flat a** but my waist was consistently 29” and sometimes going to 30” now I’m 27.5”! And I feel fabulous. I was going to use this trainer for one month to prep for my wedding but I find myself liking it so much I wear it everyday during work since I wear jeans and a polo everyday. Also, I had major concerns it would stretch out, so far I feel it’s just as tight and I have broken the rules and machine washed it twice and line dried it. Honestly, at the price point, I’d probably just buy another down the road if the inevitable happened and I felt it was losing its shape.

I’m 211 and I purchased XL. To be honest it was a tight squeeze lol but it’s motivation to continue to slim down. I love the full back coverage and how it shapes me. It you’re thinking about purchasing do it.

I actually really like this waist trainer overall! I got a size small, I’m 5’3 and 135lbs. The waist portion is very comfortable, stays in place, and doesn’t bend or roll. My biggest issue is the fit around the top. It causes some bulging around my bra/underarm area and can get pretty uncomfortable when I wear it with an underwire bra. I do have some excess/stretchy skin and body fat in that area which I think makes the bulging more noticeable. If you’re more fit or don’t carry much extra skin/fat around your upper body, I think the fit could be perfect for you. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work as well for my body type. I’m going to try their vest/bra style instead because I really do love how this one fits and shapes my waist.

I stopped being so consistent with my shakers and didn’t have a decent one, so I was in the market for a new one and thankfully, this one was perfect. The one thing I can critique about the fit is the coverage on the back arms could have been a little more covered, but it’s not bad at all. It motivates me to keep shedding more fat, this is just a tool to encourage that. The appearance was exactly as shown except for one inconsistency, the hook rows are on the back and not on the front like depicted, but nonetheless, the hooks are all there. It was super easy for me to put on and hook and the fit was perfect just as it came, which was on the middle row hooks, not extremely tight, but definitely not loose and the last line of hooks might be even too much for me, so I’m perfectly fine with where I’m at now. For reference I’m very in shape, proportionate and athletic, 5’5” 1/2, 145 lbs, short torso, busty 34DD , 28in waist, 39 hips, 27 inches from the zipper under my breast and in the center to the bottom as pictured.

I great waist trainer that supports my back. I love that you can wear under your clothes. Definitely fitted as a corset should be but be sure to check the size before purchasing, the material is really good. It really helps to shape me out.

The quality is good 👍. It has a nice texture .

I love it. It really smooths out those unflattering rolls. I'm 5"9, 250 lbs. I have a long torso so I was skeptical at first. Can wear under my clothes, hides well. Gives me a figure. I got the xxxl. Fits perfectly, with the compression you want.

My confidence is backing. Good quality. And really comfortable.
