Will this charge the quest 3 as I play games? I’ve seen issues about the quest 3 draining battery faster than you can charge it.

Does this strap have speakers built in? And does it have passthrough charging?

The strap does not have built in speakers, though the quest speakers work fine for me. While the battery is plugged in and installed in the headstrap, and the headstrap is plugged into the unit, both the battery and the unit will charge.
